Stopped in on a road trip from alaska to the lower 48 of the US after our ESC light came on and would not go back off. One of the mechanics Silas was able to download faults from the engine, diagnose and clear out the fault for us. They were super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

We had a blowout East of Vegreville AB which rip the fender off the side of our camper. After getting the spare on we took it to Bumper to Bumper to be checked out since we had many many more miles to go before getting. They were kind enough to get right on it and check the lug nuts and the tire pressure and got us back on the road safely. A local neighbour said that we were in very good hands. Indeed we were and they have our gratitude and thanks.

I lost my oil cap and there was Flippin oil all under my hood, thankfully they were able to find one that fit and send me to a nearby car wash! Thanks guys phew that was a close one! Traveling from Edmonton to Regina.

Blew a belt on our way home from Edmonton. Called them for a belt and to see if they could run it out for us. They told us it couldn't be changed on the side of the road because our car would have to be put on a hoist for it to be changed.$30 for a hookup fee$3 per kilometre for 20km back to their shop$26 for the belt.Get this, $125 for him to not put it on the hoist, but to open the hood and change the belt in 15 minutes.If you feel like getting robbed, this is your place to go for sure

I was traveling through the area when my alternator died. Got towed into Vermillion to the Ford dealer, but they didn’t an alternator. The local taxi driver helped me hook up with Midwest Automotive for parts and Bumper to Bumper in Manville. Bud and one of his hands installed it in less than an hour, charged me $95 and I was on my way. Beat that for price and service Big car dealership!

Could not recommend this shop enough. I got stuck on the side of highway 16 with a blown tire. I wish I had gotten the name of the service guy that helped, but anyway I was blown away with the service. They were very quick and went above and beyond to get me rolling again. The kicker is I had a trailer full of cattle and they didn’t even bat an eye and got the job done. I just wish I lived in the area so I could support them more often!
