A family business with new equipment, fair prices, and flexible staff. I've rented equipment a handful of times from Sunrise and most recently a tamper was stalling on me, they switched it out quickly and waved the four-hour rental without requesting it. I will definitely keep renting from them!

I had a negative customer service experience soured my opinion of them, but it has since been resolved.I think I'll try them again, and chock it up to starting on the wrong foot". First impressions aren't always indicative of an entire business.My suggestion is to make sure you ask for instructions for safe operation of the equipment you're renting BEFORE you bring it out the door. It will save everyone headaches."
