Been calling since last year for someone to look at my propane fireplace and no one came or never heard back since...currently looking for someone else

Ordered fireplace bricks from Scotia Propane, when they arrived of course they were the wrong ones. Ordered new ones and have been waiting a month for them. Don't look for help from the secretary she can't properly answer any inquiries. On the hunt for new fire place bricks

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My understanding of my contract with Scotia, propane is that my tank would be filled every three months. The system was not made clear to me when I took over the contract from the previous owner. this was pointed out to me when I attempted to get my tank topped up two months after I signed the contract. I was told that my tank would be topped up every three months. They delivered my first top off in February. Is now four months later and I’m still waiting for the top up. I called company yesterday, which happened to be a Saturday cause. My propane stove in the basement was not lighting so I assumed that I had run out of propane. I called the company and was given a major run around because this was the weekend. Meanwhile, I’m sitting in my house, freezing the whole weekend. They made such a song and dance about coming to fill my tank on a Weekend that I told them not to bother. I will definitely be switching to another company as a customer service with Scotia propane is abysmal.

Worst customer service ever. They tell you they sent a bill by email, nothing received. Then they send it, but don't reply to my email for 11 days.Considering removing our propane fireplace just so we never have to deal with their incompetency again. So grateful we don't depend on them to actually heat the house.

This review regards my recent installation of a new propane boiler to replace my old oil fired burner. Kelly provided me a quote for an NTI (Canadian made) boiler with a good reputation for reliability and service. Sundog Plumbing and Heating was contracted for the installation work. Victor (Sundog) did a fantastic job with the installation. My utility room looks 1000% better than the mess I had before. Victor was a pleasure to have work on my heating system. He was on time and worked late Friday to make sure we had hot water for the weekend. So for my experience with Scotia Propane has been all positive.

Ordered propane 3 weeks ago yesterday and still haven't received propane or word of why it hasn't been delivered. Ansering service is quite friendly by were unable to help.So a week later, talked to the office and they assured me I'd have fuel this week. Well the office is closed now and I still have not received propane! Superior here I come!
