Just got back my second coat a 30 year old nubuck 3/4 length coat from the one and only place I trust my leather to LOVE YOUR LEATHER" that was in storage for 28 years. I though it was lost but found it in storage overseas in my old locker. It came back fresh and like new. Love Your Leather done it again with amazing service.My first coat was given excellent service from the staff of Skye and Odie.I usually condition my leather jackets when I receive them.I condition this leather jacket and the jacket not received the Saphir conditioner well.After conditioning the jacket it looked like a distress piece of leather with bald spots of dye which was not my intention.I was trying to bring out the richness in the grain and color of the coat. Obviously a milling dye job gone wrong.I called up Love your Leathers and with the amazing service of pick up and drop off it was complete worry free job and done well. The website is also amazing. The pricing is very reasonable and they offer a accurate quote. Plus the Master of the company review the product before the start of job.The service was Deglazing-Cleaning

They were the best 5 years ago when they resotred my leather jacket and they are still the best. Most places will not restore jackets with different types of leather. This store does it perfectly. Lucinda is super friendly and professional.

Took my leather purse to be repaired. The staff was very friendly and helpful and professional. I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it back. Got a text telling me the repair was done after only 1 week. Extremely happy with the result. I will take my business there from now on. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Came in to the Love Your Center to get my leather cushions repaired that were worn down from years of use. Tony was kind, pleasant and quick to give a quote when asked. I sent in my very special maison goyard bag here. It had a small but prominent stain from a dior lip product, and then unfortunately I had made the mistake of trying to take it out with resolve. I am so glad I came here! As you can see from the photos, Tony did a great job of getting it out (it was still damp in the photo). All of their bag cleaning services are so well priced, I would highly recommend coming here for any of your luxury pieces. They are attentive to details and you can tell they are very experienced. I’ll be sending more of my pieces here for cleaning and maintenance.

They far exceeded my expectations! I brought a pair of dress shoes to get resoled and although the price was more than most cobblers, the result was phenomenal. These soles will last me forever!! Completely worth the investment. I’ve since brought all my leather goods to them to be cleaned and they somehow find a way to inject new life into all my pieces every time. Guaranteed A+ results and service. Owner and employees are all lovely and super helpful.

I initially used the online estimate tool and uploaded a picture of my handbag that I thought was a water stain, the response back was that it did not appear to be a water stain and that there seemed to be some damage to the leather grain, it was recommended I bring the bag in for inspection. I did as such but was a bit reluctant to afterreading some of the negative reviews, however I recognized that there were far more positive reviews than negative ones, so decided to take time off work to drive across town for a look. I am SO glad that I did. I was met with amazing service and hospitality. The bag was taken to the back for Tony the owner to look at, a few minutes later the service rep came out and told me that Tony and done a little quick work on it and that he would come out to explain what was done. I was caught off guard and super surprised to see that the stain was a bit lighter . Tony took the time to explain to me that the stain looked to be a protein stain or oil stain of sorts and that he applied some thing on her to help remove some of the stain. Although not 100,% gone it was much better ...it being so minor and the bag being so new he recommended I just keep it as it is. He didn't charge me for his time. I appreciated his honesty, firm and fair approach. I even did a quick walk through to see a full warehouse of goods being serviced, and a Louis Vuitton bag being restored. This place is the real deal" I will no doubt bring my leather goods in for service . Thank you Tony !"

Wonderful service! My patent Lady Dior had what I thought was a scratch on it and brought it in hoping to have it fixed. The lady at the front took it in to the technician to take a look. After they examined it, they figured out that it was in fact some sort of paint that's stuck on the leather, they promptly cleaned it free of charge, since it took only seconds. Amazing, thank you thank you!

PLS READ AND DONT BRING YOUR VALUABLE OR SENTIMENTAL BELONGINGS..SCAMMERSTo start off i found this company through ADs and billboards and trusting their claims of being North Americas largest and leading repair centre.About 2 weeks ago I called to schedule a pickup for my classic Chanel purse. I was quoted originally $500 for cleaning and repair. When they came to pick up my purse I also had them take my sandle for repair. About a week went by and my stuff was ready for delivery and I was sent an invoice for $800. The invoice doesn't give a description nor breakdown for what is being repaired and the costs. The invoice is vague and misleading. My experience by this part had been fine the customer service was very helpful and i thought was honest. I say honest because i was told during repairs that my purse is very delicate and some scuffs on the leather in corners cant be fully repaired because they don't want to damage the lamb skin. Very understandable and i appreciated the heads up. Now when i received my belongings I had great expectations based off the multiple pleasant conversations I had prior and during the repairs. I was so confident that when they dropped off my stuff i gave my rug to be cleaned as well..I went upstairs checked my bag and there were sooo many problems. My purse strap was replaced with a much shorter strap and now my purse sits oddly on my stomach. The strap was sewn terribly and missing links on the chain, theres obvious stitching and none of the gold hardware was repaired and is still fainted gold turning silver. The inside of the purse was not touched and nor was the back. Only the front and the strap was cleaned and repaired" (I will add photos.) My Valentino sandle repair broke right off when I slipped my foot in. I sent photos and reached out right away.As soon as i voiced my concerns is when the the customer service took a 180. I had conversation with a few different customer service reps but i mainly spoke with Kathy..From someone who prides themselves in customer service she IS AWFUL. I was originally told the technician who worked on my shoe was very experienced and they assured me my sandle wont break and for only looking at the shoe it did seem fine. That wasn't the case obviously as it broke from just trying on.For my purse
