My favorite store for my cake decorating needs!!

Thanks to the lovely young lady at The Burns Bulk Food store in Lindsay for helping me find soothing natural teas and for her suggesting i try hibiscus tea which is known to have good affects on blood pressure. So i ran away home right quick with some other things from Burns but not with their tea... Why? Because i have two gynormous hibiscus plants flowering like mad in my dining room where i've brought them inside for the winter, now it's come at last, and i just had to knock a note to The Burns thankin yew all so much for always being so nice and especially today for pointing me right back home to this absolutely lovely, gently honeyed cuppuh the finest hibiscus tea there there is for miles and miles. Cheers!Psst: Yes i did ask the google and it said it's quite alright to make it fresh right from the blossoms and how.Later, about a year or two. More good things to find out about Burns. I just talked to the man who supplies Burns bulk honey and yes the bees are local including the ones who make their delicious Buckwheat in a field near his home. And wow, they do sell also blocks of chocolate that are 70%.Good stuff right here in my home town.

I can't believe I'm rating a bulk food store but, alas, I had such a good experience that I want to share it! Went to Burns to buy Candy for someone's birthday. Found the service incredible and noted that they have EVERYTHING you might ever want to purchase in a little or a lot! Highly recommend.

So happy that I stopped in. Had everything I was looking for (candied Thai ginger for Moscow Mule cocktails) and more! Hot tip, park in the back, much easier than the main street.

After seeing the 2 videos on FB, visited today and found more than I needed but bought it anyway. Took a few trips around the blocks to figure out where to park but finally found the back entrance. Thanks Kaylie - see you all again in the future.
