Sprinter Towing provided an excellent service. Their dispatch kept me updated via text with availability and ETA, and the driver arrived right on time. My car has a very low road clearance, which was handled expertly, treating the vehicle with respect. It was transported securely and safely. I would definitely use the service again!

I was once swept into a snowdrift on a very slippery road and I would not have been able to get out on my own. It was around 6 o'clock in the evening on Saturday. I found this company on the Internet, called them, they answered immediately, explained to me what data they needed, I wrote them all the data of the car and the location, and within 20 minutes the guys came and pulled my car out of the snow. I am very satisfied with the result, the whole process from the first call to the moment when the car was pulled out took about 40 minutes, the guys are professionals in their work, they did everything very carefully without any inconvenience for other drivers on the road. Thank you very much, I would definitely recommend you to other people and, if necessary, I will only contact you from now on.

Contacted Sprinter Towing when my van’s engine threw a rod, stranding me fifty kilometres outside the city, and my experience with them was as confusing as it was unprofessional.I first contacted Sprinter Towing at approximately 4:30pm, via text message. The dispatcher replied within minutes, informing me of the information they required. I promptly replied, providing the information requested. The dispatcher then asked if I could send them my pinned location on Google Maps, which I did.At this point, the dispatcher stopped responding, so I assumed that meant they would be dispatching a tow truck to our location as soon as they were able.I waited until 8pm, and with no sign of a tow truck, sent them another message, asking if I should be expecting a tow that night.No response.I then decided to take a nap in the back of my van, as I was tired. When I woke up around 10:30pm, I texted them again, and again received no response.With that, my girlfriend and I turned in for the night, realizing help was most likely not going to arrive.When we awakened in the morning, Sprinter Towing had still not responded, so we contacted another towing company, who were there within thirty minutes.Don’t believe the endless self-promotion on their website, because the reality couldn’t be more opposite.This company didn’t care that me, my girlfriend and our dog were stranded on the side of the road for nearly 20 hours. They totally ghosted us, for no reason, and acted in a manner which couldn’t have been more unprofessional.I’d like to finish with a message directly to Sprinter Towing…While I realize I did not actually receive your services, that was not due to any fault of my own. I made every possible effort to acquire your services, but for some reason, I was refused… After your dispatcher made it seem as though help was on the way.I’ve seen how you unprofessionally call-out negative reviews as being #fakereviewer, and other such schoolyard calibre nonsense.I assure everyone who reads this review that it is 100% factual, and while I cannot say this will be your experience with Sprinter Towing, I guarantee you that everything I’ve stated was a perfect and completely honest reflection of mine.

My vehicle broke down and I called Sprinter Towing, they came in a timely fashion, they we’re friendly, efficient, and got my vehicle to the mechanic for the work it needed. It could not have gone smoother! I hope I don’t have to use them again, but if my vehicle breaks down again I’ll be more than happy to.

Quick replies, quick pick up and delivery to dealership for repair. Friendly tow truck driver, very quickly loaded vehicle and sent me picture once it was delivers to the dealership. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with service. Called early in the morning and answered promptly. Was able to show up with flat deck and tow within 1 hour. Very good price.
