I got an amazing massage with Erika, booked last min for some back pain I was tired of having on my vacation, she listened and worked on the spots I mentioned as well as checked in on pressure levels. Amazing experience 10/10

The amazing professionals at Remedy have helped my son, husband and myself beyond words over the last 3 or more years. I deal with chronic migraines, John with hip and sciatica issues, and our son with kyphosis (curve in the spine). Each of our levels of functioning has improved massively with these chronic pain issues so well managed through Remedy Wellness.The practitioners are so helpful both with their fantastic clinical skills, and also with their kindness, respect, and ability to LISTEN, which I find shockingly rare in our health care system.I recommend Remedy often by word of mouth but wanted to get it written up on Google for people I do not know!Thank you Kasey and all the staff who work so hard to make Remedy a true Wellness Centre! I had a one hour massage today with Eden Sandhals. This was my first visit to the Remedy Wellness Centre. Eden was very thorough in asking about any medical issues I had, such as arthritis and so on. I was so glad that she understood exactly what I was talking about and knew how to treat these areas. It was a wonderful massage, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Afterwards I couldn’t believe how limber I felt…. I highly recommend Eden to anyone!

I have been seeing Jenn for years. She is a professional and you can tell she truly loves her work. She always addresses my concerns to ensure I walk away feeling great. The booking process is seamless, Jenn has flexible availability, and the staff are always kind and personable. 10/10 recommend Remedy Wellness

Wow, I was blown away by my prenatal massage by Erika. Absolutely incredible. She incorporated everything I mentioned before the massage. My husband had an excellent massage with Eden as well. We are so bummed we don't live in Victoria as we would book monthly massages here if we could!

Had a 75 minute general relaxation massage with Ms. Pine and it was a truly wonderful experience. You can tell that she really cares about her practice and her clients and she didn't even make me feel weird for drooling all over the floor! 10 out of 5 stars. Will be visiting again very soon.

My first time going to Remedy Wellness today. I got an RMT massage from Maclain Freeman. I haven’t had too many RMT massages but that was the best massage I’ve ever had. He really targeted my problem areas and communicated with me where I was tight. He even gave me suggestions and stretches to prevent tension in those problem areas. Great experience, left feeling great. I’ll be back :)

I have had numerous Chiropractors over 30 years. Dr. Alexander is supportive and provides me with the knowledge and exercises to help me maintain function while minimizing my pain. He takes the time to understand my life and my body and what works for me. I highly recommend him to new patients and those looking for a positive change.
