I shop online and never been in the store so can only review online ordering. I’ve never had problems with their cart or staff. I usually get replies back same day from staff during regular business hours. They are small business so don’t expect a reply on Dec 25! They have a great eCommerce platform that is reliable and secure. Shipping out next day. Newsletter has many offers and deals. They even price match and I got my refund same day!

This is a few weeks late but better late than never!First off, shout out to Logan! He provided some very good customer service on a visit that could have been awkward. He was knowledgeable, affable, and very helpful. He entertained my questions patiently, and explained various products with great interest. Ive definitely made note of the ones he recommended. Kudos to him!I visited their physical store for the first time a few weeks ago and I have to say, it was quite an enjoyable visit. With how things initially started on that visit, I think I would have taken one star off. I went to pick up an online order for two items after I got verbal confirmation a few days before that both items were ready for pick up. When I arrived there, only one of the two items was available with the other nowhere to be seen. Logan graciously offered to have the item shipped to me free of charge which I greatly appreciated (ended up picking a different toy). I think the best thing about the actual store is that they have models of their popular toys around so you can feel the material and test" out the vibrations and other features of it.The online store is definitely my favourite. Their selection is quite wide and the pricing is quite good as well. Lovedreamer is a great adult store with exceptionnel service. My boyfriend and I went there last year and Logan was great help. This year my boyfriend finished work late and I called to see if they could stay open 10 minutes after the closing time and Logan said no problem Zack would be there to assist me. My husband and I were in here for 1 1/2 hours looking through all the items. Logan was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Logan took his time with us. Prices and selection are fantastic. Absolutely LOVE this store. As a transmasc/nonbinary individual, it was nice to be greeted by staff in gender neutral terms. I also love the fact this store carries stp’s and boxer brief harnesses! So much selection on non porous materials, and for myself with a latex allergy, this is so awesome! Logan was extremely fantastic. Will return for sure.
