Very Disappointed With The Interior Service I Received At This Location. My carpets were still dirty, the panels throughout weren’t cleaned and wiped down properly, Streak marks throughout, my trunk wasn’t vacuumed properly and didn’t look like it was even done. I ended up taking my car somewhere else and wiping it down myself at a coin wash and vacuuming my car throughout. I would suggest you save your money.

I own a dog of vehicle, but after this 2 hour cleaning!!!! She’s a princess of immense beauty. It’s well worth the visit and myself being quite frugal, I found it a super value. I suppose the 2 hours was indicative of the filthiest of it. Shame shame then reclaim!!! Thanks guys.

Always very nice to get a free car wash after service at my dealership. However, I have paid for car washes and detailing on my vehicle at Zenetec many times. They do a great job, service time is fantastic and there are always friendly and wonderful staff available to help if needed. I used the vacuums today for the first time the suction was amazing.

While I understand this is an express service, I still expected a much better result. I purchased their most expensive detailing option which included carpet cleaning and wiping the windows down. They did a horrible job on the windows which are all streaky and dirty and the carpets were obviously rushed with horrible results. The rest of the car looked good but if you can't do the job right maybe you shouldn't offer it as a service.This express service lacks attention to detail and is not worth the $90. I paid to have it cleaned.

My family LOVES Zenetec Car Wash! We have been been using this car wash for over a year and never had an issue with the wash quality or the service. The wash is super quick and gives an excellent clean. I love when they change the wash scent, and the wash experience itself is fun with lots of bright colours! We tried the detail service for the first time today and the staff did an excellent job in such quick time. We noticed when we got home that the back interior had been missed, but in the staff's defense we had a few things in the back at the time. I also don't expect a complete interior detail for the time and price. If you want a deep clean, go for a $200+ full day detail. If you want a light interior clean between season, this is the place! The comfortable waiting area is clean, bright, and serves great coffee! Yolanda is such a gem! She is so friendly and engaging and we really enjoyed chatting with her while our car was being detailed.Exceptional as always, Zenetec!!

Terrible service. Rude.Bought deluxe wash and detail. Had to return to get it fixed. They still didn't get it right. Dash, windshield and rear view mirror were left dirty. Wash didn't even clean the car.We were the last car through so they rushed us through and tried to hide in the office when we returned. The gentleman who said he was the manager then came out and blamed us for them not cleaning the car (??).Then he argued about carpet while I was trying to get him to finish cleaning the car. He left a line of dirt on the windshield, and when I asked was that as good as it was going to get, he walked away. Completely ridiculous. Why sell a package to clean a car, then yell at a costume for asking you to actually clean the car?

I went for the first time. The salesman says it's my lucky day and I get a free month! Usually wary about this sales tactic I emphasized to the salesman about needing a prompt before any charges were attempted on my card. I was ensured there would be.There wasn't. I was charged.I've since emailed 3 times to attempt a refund and have had zero responses. Not even a I'm sorry

Great place to get your vehicle washed, I get free ones because Georgian gives them out every time service gets done, even an oil-change. Great people work at the Zenetec wash. They are helpful and polite. Keep up the good work

A big thank you to Diane and the team at Zenetec Collision. I was in a minor fender bender and I had asked if they could just pop back in the front bumper that had shifted as a result of the impact. Diane immediately set me up for an appointment next day, and I watched from their waiting room as their technician spent 30 minutes fixing the shifted bumper .... at no charge! What a breath of fresh air to be treated so well. Thank you so much!Steve Smith

Went today for my car interior detailing, spend around 60$ on it. Service was 0 almost. They did very poor detailings in my car interior. Spotted lots of spaces which was remaining for cleaning . When I told one of their guy they told me that I didn’t clean your car.Is this a way to treat customer and is this way they do their work. I will give 0 for professionalism. Now I know how’s their deluxe cleaning.I am planing to get their membership but now I will not for sure
