Very knowledgeable staffThey won't even try to sell me stuff I don't need. I was advised to have my left ball joint changed. Asked the service guys if I needed to do both but they said the tech checked it out and it wasn't necessary.Awesome sauce!

Broken EGT sensor connector. Called them to order in the part and preform the warrenty work. Was told they wouldn’t order part to do said work without diagnosing themselves. Explained that the dealer I was currently sitting at (couldn’t get to it before my trip was over) had patched it back together. Code has been cleared. Nothing for them to diagnose. Have the dealer report. Need the part. Was located over an hour away. And not feesable to make multiple trips. Explained I had a 6 hour drive home with myChildren and holiday trailer to make in 4 days AND NEEDED THE REPAIR. Service at this location is NOT acceptable. I broke down with my kids on my way home.1 star because I can’t give 0 stars

Great service, professional staff and a positive buying experience. Sales manager (Dave Holizki) was awesome to deal with, answered any questions I had and was very accommodating to deal with long-distance. Felt like it was totally worth the 2 hour drive from the city.

I just bought my second vehicle from Quill Plains . I was very impressed how they found me a car that stands out from the crowd. I received a detailed tutorial session so I could operate the car's features. The service department is well run as well and when they set up an appointment they are timely in getting me in and out when promised. A great place to do business!

Our salesman, Dave was excellent very helpful fill the new vehicle with gas. Took the time to show my daughter the features of the car.5 stars for him. However, the finance department seemed fairly blunt. I am assuming it was due to us getting our own financing.

When we broke down in Wadena with our Toyota Camry. Cody Morrissette service manager graciously agreed to fix the Camry when they usually don't work on non GM vehicles. This was greatly appreciated considering what the tow job would have cost to Saskatoon or Yorkton. He quoted me the flat rate fix time and said it would likely be more because they usually don't work on Toyotas. The mechanic Romel Estanislao worked beyond expectations (over lunch hour) then didn't take breaks then he had the next job to do. The estimated time was way over by a lot. The work was greatly appreciated because it put him behind the next job. Thank-you. When it came time to settle the bill Cody adjusted it more than I expected truly an understanding dealership with utmost compassion and respect for the customers.

They maybe be smart but they sure know how to add hidden charges. I bought a FOB from them and they told me to return if the FOB did not work. I returned a month later from repair using the FOB and it would not start the car. They reprogrammed it for an additional 60 bucks saying they have no record of original programming.They charged me 10 bucks to fill windshield washer fluid when it cost $5 a gallon or anti freeze, yet I never asked for this.I asked for a new wind shield wiper and the cost was $20 but $26 to put it on. Total insanity.They will not be seeing me again
