Oh. My. Goodness!! Best chicken sandwich ever!! Aaaaand gluten free!

My friends and I went to the opening of Market's new pop-up kitchen at Big Brewery and it was amazing! We were big fans of Market when they had their Calgary restaurant and it was always our go to place when we would go downtown! I am happy to see they are opening a place in Okotoks, it's only a 20 minute drive from south Calgary where we live! The food was exactly how I remembered it and I love how they are featuring all their signature dishes from the restaurant and food truck! The fried chicken sandwich, brussels sprouts, poutine, gnocchi and burger where all amazing! My friend is a celiac and we are happy to see they have tons of GF options and a designated fryer! My other friends is also Vegan, so it was great that there were items on the menu for her to enjoy! The beer was great, and love the atmosphere! We came and watched a Flames game on their giant projector screen and tried a bunch of the beer brewed on-site. I highly recommend the Vienna Lager! I can't wait to go back and eat more of that gnocchi and try their brunch which happens on the weekends! The beer poached eggs benny, stuffed french toast and breakfast tacos all look amazing! Highly recommend!
