Dilas International Customs Brokers

I've used several Customs brokers to bring goods into Canada. Dilas is the best. No hassles or delays. The process once setup is quick and easy. I just tell the shipper to note Dilas as our broker when sending, and Dilas handles the rest behind the scenes with the receiving warehouse and Customs. My goods arrive and a bill for brokerage gets emailed.Would highly recommend!

I had a personal steam shower purchase from the USA. I set up an account on Dilas web site and told the seller to indicate them as my Customs broker and they took care of the rest. As we cannot give a no stars review. We just called this Customs Broker to ask questions just to learn the process. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and non-compliant. He didn't give his name nor was polite or nice IN ANY WAY. He was on speaker too so that all of us could hear his responses. We are shocked at how this brokerage company gets a 5 star with 9 reviews if that is the first impression we received from this company. Check your service people because that is what you are providing!! Had to post this as this was THE most horrible service we have come across in a long time.After response from owner review to owner:We greatly appreciate your response in this manner. We applaud the stance of standing behind your employee's behaviour and attitude, although short sighted, it is something to respect. We would like to point out that your employee :1) Did not answer the phones professionally addressing your company's name nor his.2) When told that we are a new company and asked how we could import one machine for our business with help, your employee cut us off and directed us to Revenue Canada for an import/export licence. (bear in mind A) we are not an import/export company and B) this is a one time thing)3) When asked what the difference was between a company that was importing one item and a single individual importing one item, (for us to better understand the process) YOUR employee became flustered, agitated, and non-compliant.We then proceeded to thank him for his time and hung up.This is called patience, not arguing. However,now that you have answered in the negative and do not wish to learn from said error on the customer service front, we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.PS: We called a couple of YOUR competitors and they had AMAZING customer service. Answered their phones professionally and our questions with knowledge and ease. (oh, by the way.....we do not need an import/export licence to do a one time import as this is what a CUSTOMS BROKER DOES....just so ya know)Cheers

For our business we order items from many different countries. We signed up with Dilas Intl for the account and had our packages directed through them. We never had any issues, all our packages went through the customs without any issue. Initially we had a few questions about the service and the customer service answered us very promptly and were very helpful. I will surely recommend their service .
