Good spot if you’re in the mood for sushi in the Yorkville area. Great prices for the portions you are getting. Quick and friendly service as well. Only issue is the tables are quite small (where we sat) and some of the cutlery wasn’t properly cleaned. Otherwise, good spot if you want sushi and don’t mind the busy atmosphere of the restaurant.

Sushi Inn has been opened for more than 10 years.They are open 364 days a year, only closed on Christmas day.Coming here is very easy, Sushi Inn is located at the intersection of Bloor Street West and Avenue Road, just a few steps from the Bay Subway Station.They offer catering, pick-up and delivery.Delivery usually takes between 30 to 50 minutes.It is free delivery within the blue area (Free Delivery Area), but they do charge a $2.00 fee for orders that are under $20.00 before tax.

Delicious sushi! We got the party tray and everything was absolutely amazing. It did take around 45 min for everything to come out.

I go to Sushi Inn every time I am in Yorkville area. Best value in town. Service was good. With a menu showing you pictures of every dish, you know exactly what you're ordering. Food was tasty. Not much of an atmosphere, except you get served quickly. I ordered the tempura dinner, it was big portion, good value, and delicious. Will definitely be back.

I have ordered pickup twice from here, while working across the street. The food is really delicious, it is done in a timely manner, and I appreciate that they do not skimp out on their dipping sauces. If one were to drive to this location, parking would definitely be a challenge though. Overall the food and service were excellent.

My one star review is not for the food, but for the horrible service. I went here last weekend. I usually don’t leave bad reviews on restaurants, specially if it’s a busy night, since a lot can go wrong. So, I’ll try my best to explain the bad review.The food smelled delicious as soon as we walked in, there was not much space, but they found us a seat in a corner, next to another family. We ordered katsu rice bowl, smoked salmon dragon roll, and tempura appetizer.As far as I know they serve tea to every table, but we never got any, neither were we offered. Every other table had it before their order was even taken except for us. Then they serve the soup and salad. They left out the spoon for soup. I know some of you might say, I’m supposed to sip it from the bowl. But no, I shouldn’t have to since they did serve others with the spoon. There are photos on google too. Then they served us the rice bowl, no appetizers. We waited for it, but I was hungry and thought it’s busy, so it may take them some time and we should just start eating. We finished it whole and waited for the rest of our food for another 10 minutes maybe, then I called for help, and the server thought I was asking for our bill.After explaining, another 5-6 minutes go by, and we finally get the appetizers. But no dragon rolls. Times rolling, appetizers disappearing, no rolls in sight for half an hour and more. Finally, I am upset enough to ask for the bill without the dragon roll and head out is when they decide to bring it out. It didn’t taste good.Tempura appetizer was great, although the shrimp was a bit raw(shrimp tempura) not how I’ve had it before, not how I prefer it either. Katsu rice bowl was okay, they had the the egg on top which makes the katsu soggy. Dragon roll tasted bland.I hated the whole experience. We spent $40 and I felt if I chewed my money whole, that would have been a better deal for me.

We got there just when it opened on a Sunday. It was quiet but the seats by the door were a little cold, but it was okay for my partner and my best friend (who recommended the place). The food was great and the prices (OMG so affordable for Yorkville!) was great!Partner got the scallop sushi (loved it) my best friend and I both got the combo 1 which was sooooo much food and we shared the soft shell crab! The staff were very attentive too! Definitely going back!

Lovely spot, the Ika / Grilled Squid was a very uniquely prepared dish. Usually Japanese places lay it out so it looks “bigger” but the expert job here is having the same amount of food on the plate but cut it up so it’s way easier to share and eat….”rings” aren’t the only option for Ika plating. Loved the creativity.
