Friendly staff, clean environment and fair prices. Jessica was great. She listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions and asked questions to ensure I received the cut and colour I came in for. Great place.

Great experience! Erin was very professional and friendly. My daughter had highlights, cut and style and Erin’s work turned out amazing! She even had great recommendations on after care products. I definitely recommend seeing Erin.

Despite the reviews here, I walked in and was greeted and seated right away. The hairdresser Jess was very delightful and very receptive to what I wanted in a cut. In the end I looked great and I will definitely be returning here again.

My 87 year old mother in law went in on a Friday at 4:45, (they close at 7). There were 2 stylists. They each had one client. She asked to her hair cut. Just cut, no wash or style. They told her they didn't have time. She said she would wait till they were finished. They said no, no time. When we were checking out with our groceries half an hour later the stylists were standing and chit chatting, then they both proceeded to leave the salon empty. The salon was open, but no one was there. I could have waltzed in and helped myself to whatever!!My mother in law doesn't get out often and has gone to Smartstyle for years. No more! That was rude and makes me wonder if its because she is a senior. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! If I could give you no stars I would!!

Rushed hair cut and does not listen to instructions on how short and how you want it styled. I guess it's 'Not so smart styles'! Go somewhere else... Stay far away.
