I had a rather disappointing experience today. I ordered a steak sub online, but was disheartened to find it delivered in poor packaging with no stickers attached. The bread had out of the wrapping paper, and to make matters worse, it was delivery on the floor. The state of the food was such that I couldn't bring myself to consume it, compelling me to reorder another two subs. I left a message for the restaurant, reminding them to not forget the stickers this time.On my second order, I noticed they did remember the stickers, but only one sub had a sticker on it. Much to my disgust, I found a short black hair in this sub - it was absolutely revolting.I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction. The staff who took my call mentioned that he had prepared my order himself and that he DOES NOT put stickers on the packages unless specifically asked. He assured me that it wasn't necessary since he didn't think the delivery drivers would tamper with the food. When I informed him about the hair I found, his response was rather bizarre. He insisted his hair was brown, implying the hair might have come from the delivery driver. The audacity of this response was truly unbelievable.I have ordered from this location many many times in the past and have always been pleased with the great taste and well packaging of my orders. However, this instance was an exception, and I'm left wondering if the person preparing my order was new or if they simply didn't care about their work.The entire experience was not only a waste of food but also a waste of my time and money. It's unfortunate that I could only get a half refund since my order was placed through Skip, not the Subway app.I placed the first order at 14:33, and now, three and half hours passed, I'm left with nothing but disappointment. Will send an email to Subway office to seek resolution, and will not order from this particular location unless there's a change in personnel.

Came to this Subway Friday January 20th during lunch time. I was only waiting a few minutes to be served but long enough to witness a very rude customer verbally attack the 2 employees because they were out of a few items. The 2 employees, (who I found out were mother and daughter), continued to try to serve the rude woman with cheerfulness and kept apologizing to her for not being able to make her happy. They even offered her a couple of cookies for free. I honestly felt so bad for the employees. In my opinion, these employees went above and beyond great customer service. I will definitely be returning to this subway. Thank you ladies for giving me something to smile about yesterday

DO NOT GO!!!!! -100 stars. 5pm nov 29, after working 14 hours i stopped here for dinner.not 1 word was said other then what do you want. Asked for salt and pepper at the end, salt came out way to much.. 1/4 inch on top the sub. I asked for a new one and was told no

Had ordered 3 subs one made with the wrong dressing. When saying I was allergic the maker argued with me. She also used the same knife to cut all 3 soI couldn't eat anyone then . I took 2left the 3rd s. No apology no offer to remake. As far as I know it went in the garbage. 40$ today nothing ever again. If I had eaten any of them I could of died

The man or child at the counter didn't ask us a single question or talk to us at all, toasted the subs without asking if we wanted them toasted & lunch meat is disgusting when it is hot. Loaded the subs so full HE couldn't even properly close them, was very rude & acted like he didn't want to be there & had his airpods in. If you're going to hire people to work for you make sure they actually WANT to be there or care about what the customer wants & needs. There's a bunch of other Subway's in the city & we definitely will not be coming back to this one. Absolute insanity

Been going here for a long time but never had such an experience before. There is a new employee and i understand training takes time but at the same time there was no one to train her. I ordered two subs that were falling apart as soon as i took them out the paper wrap. I ordered a tuna that had no tuna on it. Its like a lil spread. Very bad experience, it is the second time this girl has ruined my order. Gotta stop going there if it stays this way.

Tried to go there two different times and had to walk out empty handed because they were out of most sub/bowl options and toppings.Don't go there if you're set on getting a certain sub or bowl. They probably don't have it.

Stopped here for a quick bite on our way to Toronto from Niagara Falls. Very friendly and fast service. First time seeing the green goodness avocado (sauce) on the menu, it’s very tasty. The veg green goddess bowl wade a perfect tasty salad. It’s also the biggest subway I have seen. They need to get that restroom door fixed as it does not close, that’s the only con in that store.

There were 3 customers in front of me and I waited 25 minutes until I walked out without ordering. Thought my visit the line did not move. This was lunch time Saturday. No one even acknowledged me to say hello or to apologize for the wait. Subway please speak with the manager of this location, the staffing is substandard, if I am in a hurry I will not be stopping here

Trash Subway. Out of all bread except brown. Person behind the counter barely knows what they're doing and couldn't even grill my sandwich without dumping half the toppings. Threw my sub on the counter and ran in the back without saying a word. Garbage was full to the point that it was overflowing onto the floor. Listen, if you guys hate your customers so much, just shut this location down. Trust me when I say no one will miss you.
