Absolutely no appreciation or respect for my time from Jacques Cormier and no professionalism, coupled with terrible manners from one staff member. By the way, I will deliberately not refer him as doctor, I reserve that for those that earn it through their professionalism and client care rather than just a framed document. I arrived at 11:15 for my appointment, I left the clinic at around 12:15, when I was informed that my appointment would likely start at 12:40 versus 11:30. Not once did I get an update on the delay! Not at the reception desk when I arrived, not when I was called into the exam room and not from the dentist himself when he exited the exam room after I was seated in the chair. With the excessive delay in my appointment I asked a yonge lady when I would be seen by the dentist. When she wouldn’t directly answer my question, I insisted on a time versus “a few minutes” she offered me “you can leave if you want to you know”, such a sweet yonge lady with such a sharp, smart @$$ed tongue! What is even more frustrating is that I scheduled a cleaning and a “new patient exam”. What would it have taken for the dentist to take a quick look into my mouth to insure that there wasn’t anything so evident that a cleaning could actually be performed? The answer? Not much and again, no regard for anyone else but himself! To make matters worse, the smart mouthed yonge lady that was doing absolutely nothing in the next room would have likely been one that would have performed the cleaning.... So rather than operate a well managed clinic or engaging your patients, or valuing their time, you scatter around from room to room and just have everyone follow in your wake... I’m glad that business is so good for you, Jacques Cormier and that you can afford to treat new patients with such little appreciation or respect. Oh, and keep up the good work on training your smart @$$ed employees, you get a grade A++ there. What you will not get is my business.If you indeed record, you will clearly see/hear THERE WAS NO RUDENESS but rather stern requests based solely on the fact that you were not willing to provide concise answers from the onset. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 by phone, check your recording. I see now that you sent your confirmation text with 11:45 which was an over site on my part, I simply responded Y to the text not reading it fully or thinking you would change the time! Check the recording to see/hear of how many times I was informed of the delay... none! Only after I insisted did I get true answer. Your dentist was in the room as I sat in the chair! He walked out saying “I’ll be right back”, not hey Frank we’re running behind... Argue that after reviewing your recording. How respectful was that? Oh, my so called ill reviews or few positive thoughts are only your way to attempt to discredit what actually took place in your office. They are all based in fact, as is the review for my experience in your clinic. Although if you look beyond your nose you’ll find many positive reviews as well. My being new to area has no bearing on my ability to accurately assess a situation, it is again, a discredit tactic on your part... poorly executed I might add. Your words are hallow at best, you make statements around transparency and giving respect but they DID NOT evolve into execution on this day. Your response is based in the same hallow manner. Did you pick up the phone to explain or try to quell the situation? NO! You responded by hiding on the internet"

Dr. Cormier is THE BEST!!! He is so talented, professional and sweet! He takes his time, speaks in a way that I can understand and really wants to understand his patients’ concerns. Everyone else in the office is so nice too! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with these pearly whites!!

Doctor Cormier was unsympathetic andrefused to listen to what my concerns were and did not care on what I had to say and how I was feeling. I can honestly say he has no compassion for his patients or respect. In this field you must show compassion, confidence and a great understanding of your patients. And most of all listen carefully to what they have to say. You lack all of the above. And you call youself a dentist, very sad, very sad. I can guarantee you I will apply for service else where. Thank you for the pain and mistreating me as a human being. Money is your number priority above all
