Torpedo Rays Scuba Adventures - Halifax
Torpedo Rays Diving school treats public boat launches as their private classroom where they can block them for however long their class takes to teach. Understandable that a public launch is to be shared, but surely one cannot hang out there indefinitely. Boat or no boat it is not right to hang out at the end of a launch.

Awesome knowledgable staff! I went in there to get a 1 y.o. wetsuit repaired and they suggested the damage was caused by manufacturer defect. On their advice I went to the manufacturer and now have a brand new wetsuit! Thanks Torpedo Rays!
