JYSK Kamloops - Summit Shopping Centre

I was in JYSK today shopping and I am currently on crutches due to a serious knee injury two days ago and was in a lot of pain and was trying to breathe through it when the manager Kealey went and got me an office chair and pushed me to the tills at the front of the store. This was truly above and beyond customer service.

Great selection (variety and quality ) of products at good prices. .Definately worth a look. They also stock a lot if quirky qizmos that more like different inventions that can be unique gifts.

Staff was kind. My problem was more so with the product I had purchased. I bought a set of packaged pillow cases, but when I got home and removed the packaging to throw them in the wash, I discovered that 1 out of the 2 cases had yellow stains and blue pen marks. Have no clue what this was about. Pen mark was perfectly straight with a letter written above it? By any means, I cannot bother to return them as I had traveled to kamloops and it would be more of a hassle to do so. Just thought I would share my experience to maybe help someone else out.

They should train their people better!! bought a patio set and it was the wrong colour, the manager remembered me she said but tells me it will be weeks before it is in and she gave the wrong poor girl heckso they are selling stuff that they don’t even have in stock and sue isn’t even sorry!! Do not buy anything here!! Cheap not good quality furniture!!Phoning head office on Monday!!I am not dis satisfied with the product!!you are selling something you don’t haveyou shouldn’t be selling something you don’t have in stockand Amy(the manager) didn’t even say sorry or anything and she was very rude!!She should train her employees better so they know what they are doing and selling!!

I have to agree with the others that the customer service is terrible especially the floor assistant managers and store manager. Stopped shopping there and every time I go back giving them another chance it's the same song and dance. The isle's are crowded and over stocked and people can barley get through. Terrible store to shop at as the employees are so rude.

Kealy was amazing and helped me for like 3 hours with everything I need! Made something that would’ve been super anxiety causing event super easy!

After being in Kamloops for a while, it was the first time I visited this place, and I was really surprised to see what they hold in their store. They had a broad selection of items almost like online shopping but in person and quick receipt of the items. Will be visiting again soon for more

I just had a job interview with Jason, operation manager, and Kealy, assistant manger, of the Kamloops branch. Regardless of the interview result, I want to thank them for their professional and courteous treatment. I believe it would be a great chance for each individual to work with the JYSK team in Kamloops.

I am very pleased with my shopping experience yesterday…. While I went in knowing what I wanted and where to find it, I appreciated being approached by a friendly associate who asked if we were finding everything or could use any help. When ready to leave, our cashier, Steffy, was quick to leave her additional duties and met us at the counter. She recognized me from my previous visit the day before, and offered us their rewards program. While we haven’t been regular shoppers at Jysk, I am seriously considering shopping there more often because of the great staff!
