Brownude is, in my opinion, the BEST place in Edmonton for permanent makeup! Heck, in Alberta!The location is awesome, the studio is gorgeous, the staff are SO talented, and the owner is amazing.I’ve been getting my brows & lips done since 2018 here and I will never go anywhere else. I walk out looking like a supermodel every time.On top of that, Thuy is an amazing trainer and the BrowBox products are great. Delivered SO fast…I can’t thank Thuy & her staff enough.I recommend over and over and over again.

Highly recommend Brownude to anyone looking to get their eyebrows done! I got my eyebrows done there for the first time a few years back, and I continue to go yearly for a touch time. You will not find a better Brow Tech than Maria at Brownude. Period. Under her care, she has been able to lift my *heavily* tattooed permanent makeup with a saline removal service. While this can be a process to accomplish aggressively inked brows, she has made very minute of it a great experience. She has educated me on how the removal works, how I can achieve the best results and what I can expect with each treatment. She is expert at maintaining the integrity of my skin, and takes time to ensure I am not left with any scarring. She uses numbing cream to alleviate some of the pain, and is always there to comfort me with a good joke. If you are looking to remove your permanent makeup, ask for Maria at Brownude. You will have absolutely no regrets if you see her!

I had my eyebrows done in March of 2021, and then a touch up in September as a birthday present from my husband, as I had wanted them done for SO long. To say that I am impressed is an understatement! The studio is so clean and all the ladies are so welcoming. Starrly knew exactly what shape and colour to make my eyebrows to perfectly match my face shape and skin tone. They explain how to do proper aftercare as well so that your eyebrows last. Anyone looking to get a powdered ombré brow should absolutely use any one of the ladies at Brownude! I’ll definitely be using them from here on out!

I had permanent make up done by a different company and was not happy with the results, I had read that you can have emergency saline removal within the first 48 hours and it would achieve significant fading so I was desperately trying to find a place to do it before the 48 hours was up. I messaged them via FB and they messaged me back even though it was way after business hours, they were so helpful and advised me on what to do and got me in the very next morning with Maria. Maria was so kind, welcoming and reassuring. I had the saline removal on my eyebrows and I’m super pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. The salon itself was spotless, easy parking - they just got themselves a new customer! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve had my brows done by Starrly back in 2019 and then a touch up in 2020. I was so worried to have my brows done since its a long-term commitment and its on my face! But the results were amazing. She’s so personable and took my preference into consideration. The shape and color are great. Its been over a year since my last touch up and my brows are still bomb. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for permanent makeup especially brows!

I can easily give 5 stars to this studio. Clean and professional. The kindest staff. The gifted, gorgeous and talented Starrly has done my brows for several years now. I’d truly be afraid to go somewhere else. Why risk bad brows when you can be guaranteed fantastic shape and long lasting colour? Looking forward to getting in soon for my touch up. :)

I got powdered ombre eyebrows from Thuy and Starrly and I LOVE them! They both spent so much time to drawing in my brows carefully, precisely and to my liking before tattooing. They were professional and friendly and the studio was really clean. I love that there was a pre-packed care kit that had all the after care instructions and items I needed after the procedure. They made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Highly Recommend.
