Steve helped me set up my new MacBook within a few hours. He was great at explaining the differences between my old laptop and the new MacBook to me, he gave me many tips and tricks and he did check-in with me a few days later to see if everything is going well. I was hacked and could not get into my account. I called Steve at 7pm at night and he came to my assistance the next morning at 10 am. By 11:30 am everything was working properly. By that night, I could not get into my account again. By then Steve had left for his cottage. The next day he did a remote session with me for 2 hours and got me back up and running. He went above and beyond what was expected. I just e-mailed him a question about a suspicious e-mail and he answered the question without hesitation no charge.
