And, Donna was able to negotiate a favorable settlement for my personal injury case.Because it took me some time to secure suitable full-time employment for myself, the additional severance pay helped me be able to support myself during that time. The settlement for my injury will replace some of the income lost due to my injury, as well as replace the money I had paid out-of-pocket for the four years since my accident. As well, there are funds for future health needs should they arise as a result of my injury.
