The course was very enjoyable and informative. The whole day went by so quickly. My instructors were Brandy and Sierra , they were both highly knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and fun. There was a little incident in one of the classes , they both handled it with ease and comfort. I know they were highly stressed but didn’t make us feel that. Great job.

I had a great experience getting the Occupational First Aid-Level 1 Certificate at Alert First-Aid inc. Ishan, the instructor, did an amazing job motivating the participants. He really kept me involved during the training and gave me confidence to practice the procedures. I had a great time and learn a lot with clear and concise instruction!

Well done with lots of humour, no pressure adult learning principles. The instructor (Sabrina) made the time go by fast with lots of funny anecdotes and humour incorporated into this serious material. It was great!

This was easily the best run and most informative first aid course I’ve ever taken (and I’ve taken a lot of them as I worked as a ski patroller in my 20s). Jenna, the instructor, made the lessons interesting, relevant and easy to remember. I never thought that I’d actually like a first aid course, but I found today’s course so enjoyable that I plan to come back and take more training.

I took the OFA Level 1 Course in Nanaimo, with a group of my peers. Some of the content in this course can be a little dry, but our instructor Sabrinna was amazing! She kept the day moving along and kept us all engaged. She's the best instructor I have had for one of these courses... A+!
