Worst service I have ever received. Don't buy a Honda or if you really buy a Honda then go for a different dealer. I bought the protection package with my new Accord 2019 from them. They called me and set up an appointment to install the mud guard on my new vehicle. When I reached there on time they took the car from me and asked me to wait till the job is finished. After 1.5 hours when i asked them about it, they just returned the key and told me they could not install it as they don't have it in stock. When I asked them that why have they made the appointment with me without having it in stock, the guy just said sorry once without any explanation.

Avoid at all cost, bad customer service. People working there doesn't give their customers the actual price of the parts. Quoted us 45 dollars for services, when we got there they told us they have to charge 57 dollars more?! I had to commute to get their service but I ended up leaving before I got the service done. I'm a loyal Honda customer but I feel like my next car won't be a Honda, especially their service department is the worst.

I did my Car's alignment exactly 2 months before and i drove within cities. I am not a rash driver also. Today i went there for changing break fluid. They suggest today for doing it again.

Online booking was easy, followed up with a phone call and email. On the date of appointment, the process was smooth. The advisor - tommy, who is very patient, good manner, and knowledgeable. The shuttle driver was good too, he drove smooth.

Avoid at all cost. They tried to trick you and put extra charges on your bill even after you told them you don’t need it. I had to carefully review the bill and service list to avoid extra charges. VERY BAD ATTITUDE.

Revised July 10 for service on July 9, 2022.I've been coming here for the last 7 years for the annual oil and filter change for my Fit and have had excellent service every time. I've received both email and phone calls reminders a few times this year for the maintenance service booking. I finally booked the service online and I deliberately just checked the email option for communications. I got a phone call in the middle of my work the next day and I told them that I was busy. I didn't know that it was a confirmation call and I didn't receive any phone calls or emails afterwards. I drove to the service centre today just to find out that I was not booked as they didn't receive a confirmation response. I would recommend that you either scrap the online booking entirely or state explicitly that the appointment is not finalised until customers have to get to the phone for confirmation.
