ASTRA Soccer Academy

I played here about a year ago and I would NOT recommend this place and here's why:1. Treatment. I was not treated equally by players or coaches as I would be sat on the bench for 20 minutes at a time and the 5 minutes I actually played I did not get a single pass.2. Stupidly expensive. You can go look for yourself but the prices are crazy high.3. Barely play games and tournaments against other teams. Your child will play one tournament every month and a half or so compared to me now playing a game every week. AND tournament expenses are not covered.4. The owners are scummy.I had told the VP about my complaints and 2 months later nothing happened. There is another reason why the main owner is scummy but I prefer not to share out of privacy.Do not go here, and goodbye.

My son has played with ASTRA PSL and been in many fall, winter, spring and summer ASTRA programs the past 5 years. ASTRA coaches are accredited, professional, engaging and always positive and love the game of soccer. They develop each individual player to the player's fullest potential. The practices are very well organized with challenging drills and lots of touches on the ball. ASTRA also provides nutrition, conditioning, and game review sessions. During the pandemic lockdown, we were very grateful that ASTRA provided routine and normalcy with zoom training when everything else was shut down. ASTRA has been fundamental in my son's soccer development. Thank you ASTRA for the great training!

My 2 kids love Astra! They have been with Astra a few years now and are continually improving. The coaches are amazing and treat each child with respect, and work with their skill level, so my kids get the best training for them! I would 100% recommend Astra for anyone looking at improving skills, taking their skills to the next level, or looking to increase their competition within their age group.

My son has been training with Astra for over four years and loves it. The coaches are knowledgable, supportive, and are able to bring out the best in players. They provide a competitive but fun environment that my son has thrived in. His confidence and skill level have improved immensely.Astra was also able to adapt quickly to the COVID-19 pandemic in Spring 2020, offering remote training and social interaction for kids when they most needed it. I'm really grateful for that.

My daughter has been playing with Astra for 3 seasons now, she has developed as a player and a person! The coaching staff is supportive and knowledgeable in the sport! We loved everything about it! The social and emotional classes are a favourite! I love how Astra is teaching their players to be good citizens and give back to their community! As well as teaching them to be good teammates!

My 2 sons and 1 daughter have or are presently training with Astra. The coaching staff are attentive as well as perceptive, training the players in soccer skills as well as life skills. The coaches really care about the well-being of the whole player as well as the team. My children have developed their soccer abilities, their knowledge of the game, and of other important aspects such as nutrition and mental training. I'm thankful they have had the opportunity to train with Astra, I cannot overstate how positive an experience it has been.

Astra Soccer Academy is the best place. High quality of programs with fantastic coaches. We love to see our sons improvements. We enjoy cheering at all of the games and tournaments. We are proud of our teams because they are full of talented kids who challenge each other everyday. Thank you Astra for all of the years together.

The Astra team is 5 stars. From the office team, coaches and leaders they are here to help our kids succeed in life, soccer and become the best people they can be. They are doing this through being amazing role models, supporting our kids as they grow and truly only want the best for their Astra family. I highly recommend becoming a part of our Astra family, you will not regret it.

I have had 3 children train with Astra at various times over the past year and a half (even through the pandemic). Astra has very conscious of safety throughout these weird times. The coaching quality is very good, I could see improvement in skill level in all my children. Shout out to coach Hannah in the U7 group that I got to see first hand. My oldest is in the U13 group and he goes to training with a smile on his face and never an argument about having to go.

My daughter has been training with Astra for approx 4 seasons (2 years) and absolutely loves the quality of training and knowledge the team brings! She has progressed so much not only as a player but as a person with her confidence. I highly recommend!
