Rent is too high compared with the quality of their service and accommodation. Management is not helpful at all and always try to charge you unnecessarily high from your security deposit while you leave. It was completely a horrible experience for us.

Only live here if you do not have a car and want to walk to UofC. No other reason. These guys are just money grabbing people. Our basement floods every time it rains and they refuse to fix it. Apparently, it will cost them a lot. They weigh money more than the health and safety regulations. This is only one issue, there are several issues like that. Horrible people managing it with no common sense at all. HORRIBLE.
