This place is a joke, they booked me for a study on a Friday of a long weekend for Tuesday. On the morning of, I call them to let them know I am sick and will not be able to attend and got an invoice of nearly 400 dollars, despite there being no way of letting them know except for the day of. Predatory practice, what a joke. No wonder their rating is terrible.

Fair experience, could be better but I would expect similar experiences elsewhere. Had to take the test twice and both had similar experiencesYou arrive at 9pm, fill out a bunch of paperwork and are given a cubicle size room that has a bed and some magazines. The technician swings by and asks you when do you normally sleep - this puts you in the order of who gets set up first so if you sleep late, likely you'll be set up last. You're set up with tons of wires and sticky paste from head to toe and go through the test. I was abruptly woken up at around 7am, technician strips off all the wires and you're given a towel to wash up and remove all the white paste. You fill out more paperwork and can leave on your own.Felt like there could be more communication with the technician throughout the experience but it was very much a doctors appointment, in and out you goAfterwards the doctor was very informative and helpful to give you your diagnosis. He helped answer any question and made it easy to understand

I've been a patient at this office for a few years and have never had an issue. It is hard to get through on the phone but my experiences have been great. It is a specialist office and the wait time can be long but it well worth it. I have been on a cpap for 2 years and my quality of sleep is much better. I was hesitant at first to be on it but when I spoke with Dr. Sharma, he assured my it would be of benefit. He was right! Sleep has improved and my quality of life. Thanks guys.

The doctor's here are very nice and informed about ways to bring patients to optimum health. The problem is the rude, incompetent receptionist, who only on the most rare occasions answers the phone - and when she does is extremely abrupt and rude - never returns vm messages- and ignores faxes from pharmacies, leaving patients without needed medications for weeks at a time. She must be reported and removed from that position because she is jeopardizing the health of patients which is very harmful. Please report her if you are a patient.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Do NOT go here. This is not a place you want to be!I found this clinic to be extremely unprofessional. It's more like a sales office.Let's start with the admin staff. They're incredibly incompetent. One lady called me to confirm my follow up appointment. I confirmed with her on the phone that I would be there. On the day of my appointment, the SAME LADY calls me and tells me that my appointment is this morning, am I still coming? I said yes, I confirmed with you yesterday, don't you remember? And she replies, I don't know." How can you not know? Now

Thank god for these negative reviews. They told me what to expect. I went in fully prepared and found that the experience was fine!! But I can totally see how it’ll be terrible if you were unprepared. I criticize this clinic for not sharing all the information with patients. I shouldn’t have to read Google reviews to find it.Here’s what to expect:-arrive 9pm-get changed for bed-technician attaches many electrodes to you using a paste. Hair, face, neck. It’s a little unpleasant but fine. Takes 30 mins.-you try to sleep all night. You can sleep on side or back.-ready to sleep some time 10:30-midnight-wake up at 6am. Technician removes everything. My strong suggestions on what to bring:-your own pillow(s)! And your own flat sheet. These 2 things will make the bed feel familiar.-ear plugs. I am a heavy sleeper but I was still disturbed by the sounds from next door.-an eye mask to block out any light.-a small face cloth so you can wet it to clean off the paste in the bathroom in the morning-a bandana/buff/toque to cover your hair for the ride home so the paste doesn’t spread.-the room is warm (21-22C) so ask for a fan if you are a warm sleeper.-make sure to pee immediately before they attach the electrodes. You can’t really get up during the night

Here is my opinion: Be aware of being referred there to Dr. Angelica Wagner. A. Wagner claims to be a Neuroscientist but there are no credentials on her card for that. She's a Naturopath, not a psychologist, not a psychiatrist. She is not MD. She tends to scare people, so they would sign up for her treatment which costs $1500. She may say that something is very wrong with your heart, liver or brain and it's urgent, urgent. The treatment is a cocktail of oils application, light therapy, some electric devices attached to patients' ears etc., given in the course of three sessions. Should you experience a placebo effect, good for you. She claims that treatment is so advanced" and effect is permanent. She says she's not taking everyone

It was a seamless and smooth experience and my technician was very helpful and accommodating. I got in at 10pm, and by about midnight I was asked to doze off. At 6am I was woken up and by 6:30 I was ready to go back home.

I had a similar experience to another patient who provided a review. I was scheduled for a sleep study at their Wilson Ave location. I developed a cold over the weekend before my Monday evening appt. I called on the Sunday and of course, office was closed, but I left a detailed message. The next morning, they called me to CONFIRM my appt. that evening. When I told the admin person I had a cold and didn't feel it would be an accurate study since I was coughing and stuffed up during the night, she said I would have to pay cancellation fee. When I told her I refused as not my fault I got sick when their office was closed, she said she would speak to the doctor. She then told me that the doctor said it would be an accurate study even if I was sick. Against my better judgement/knowledge (as I am a health care professional) I attended for my appt. I had a slight cough so when they screened me when I arrived, the manager was alarmed (despite the fact I spoke to someone in the morning who cleared me to come in). The evening manager of the clinic once again called the doctor who then decided it wouldn't be appropriate for me to stay for the study....Really?! Ya think! Terrible experience and would not reschedule another appt. They just didn't want the cancellation despite the fact that my status at the time, in my medical knowledge opinion, would not give accurate, medical results. I question the medical efficacy of this clinic and how good their results/interpretation really are. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Dr. Sharma correctly diagnosed my insomnia as ssnri's paradoxical effect which caused severe insomnia. Be careful of taking stimulating antidepressants as they destroy your nervous system over time. Very happy to share the news with GP Dr. Kwok who denied drug induced insomnia was possible. Thank you for validating the hell of effexor!
