No service at all , no help. Opening time not respected. The 2 ladies working there were chatting amongst themselves .. very disappointing (laval location).

I had no choice to rate this 1 star, it doesn't even deserve that. This place deserves ZERO STARS!!!I received TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service at the LAVAL Location!!!Both management and staff (especially the Black woman at the cash) have a chip on their shoulders and are extremely RUDE. As if I was a bother to them????Both don't seem to enjoy their jobs and it's a shame because the outfits are cute.

I initially loved the service I received when I first went in and tried on outfits for my son (for a special event). They didn’t have the size of my son in the suit we wanted so the owner ordered it for me and it came quick to the store and the girl who was working there was also so professional and nice… However once for pick up, since I didn’t have the receipt they didn’t allow me to leave with the clothes. I needed them for the weekend and was able to provide with: my name, the phone number I had given them and the digits of the debit card that I used to pay. Given all that, their cashier Rachel still extremely rudly refused to give us any help or show any compassion to our situation and told us we had to wait for when the owner would be there on Tuesday… I understand she might not have been able to make that call but never a lack of respect.

I was very impressed with this store. Beautiful collections and GREAT service… the staff went above and beyond to help us find the perfect suit for my son. Will definitely be coming back here!!!

These guys are basically a scam! there is no way to contact them or reach their customer service. I placed an order which was delayed by over 3 weeks and finally when we got it, it was damaged and missing item. I sent numerous emails on their website and even made a formal complaint with the BBB. I dont recommend them at all. I would have given them 0 stars if there was an option. I would caution anyone trying to order through their website. I am not sure how their store experience is but stay away from their website.

Worst place to buy clothes!! Very bad shopping experience. I bought two suits for kids online. The quality of the clothes is very poor, the quality doesn't match with the price. And it has a very unreasonable policy for return. Never buy clothes here again!

I ordered the baby Tulla dress for my baby's baptism from Junior kids. The dress was flawless, packed perfectly and delivered within a few days as promised. Loved the quality of the dress and the customer service was perfect. Highly recommend.

I had the online experience and it was great. I received the baptism dress on time (good thing too because I was very last minute). The dress is stunning and well made and the support team (via email) was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend.
