Arctic Spas Prince George

Great experience right from the start. Jody was very helpful and knowledgeable when my husband went in looking at hot tubs. This is our 2nd hot tub but our first Arctic Spa. We knew what we did and didn't want and Jody got it for us at a fantastic price. We were originally told it would be three weeks for delivery, as we live 4 hrs away, but our tub was delivered 5 days later. Sam who delivered it was fast, efficient, very friendly and very knowledgeable about the tub. It was 2.5 hrs from when he pulled in the yard until he left. The hot tub was full of water and was heating up. 5 hrs later we were enjoying our first soak in the tub! We love it and highly recommend Arctic Spas Prince George if you want a new hot tub!

Also huge thumbs up to Sam who delivered and setup for us. Very happy customers! And I should mention we live in Smithers, which is 4 hours away from Prince George.

Amazing hot tub, amazing staff! Our Arctic Spas hot tub arrived last week, and we love it! It has an automated salt water system, which you can monitor/adjust from your phone. Very minimal chemical smell and no chloriney hair/skin after! Thanks, Jody & Sam!!

Arctic Spas Prince George. Wow.. after looking for the last two years we finally found our hot tub we can use year round with confidence. When my wife came in later that day he did it all again, very patient and knowledgeable.Sam came and set up our hot tub and showed us how to run it and fixed a few things. He is very good at what he does and a very friendly person. After comparing and researching the Quality of hot tubs and swim spas in the area we purchased an Ocean swim spa. Jody and Duane took the time to explain how Arctic Spa is made, their unique design and being energy efficient. They went above and beyond to make our purchase exciting and a enjoyable experience and continue to even after the sale. Sam the tech is friendly and patiently answered our questions and made sure we were happy before he left.
