Internet is pretty dependable, decent speeds, and they use decent hardware. The billing is a bit convoluted. There should be set prices. Not negotiated prices for a set term with no warning (other than the initial verbal contract) that the term is ending. Maybe this is a canadian thing, maybe it's an international thing but it almost seems like internet is best sold at a flea market. At the end of the day they seem like they have nice helpful people at the end of the line of a phone call.

Came out on the 31st of august. Installed my Cable 60 Unlimited.Worked for 2 days and then i was throttled down to 1.5 mbps.Its sept 8th now .. i have cancelled already and will be returning the modem tommorow.. but since the 3rd day of service until this very moment .. im throttled to 1.5mbps.Technical support is useless.. will hang up on you.Thank god for Switching to MNSI Fiber. As i recently found out they are in my area.Cogeco's future is not Windsor! .. Mark my words.

Responded to a mailed offer to me as a cable subscriber. It was offering UNLIMITED 60 internet for $30.00 @ month and telephone for $5.00 @ month for 6 months. Free installation. That would be $35.00 plus HST for 6 months. My bill prior to this new service was $97.17 more or less for cable. My first bill after acquiring the new service instead of the $35 + HST @ $4.55 = $39.55, was $327.39. My next bill was $204.45. My next bill was $11.89. My next bill was $155.86 as were the next three months' bills. My next bill was $97.17. My July bill was $232.70. My August bill was $317.37. The new bill should have been $136.72 for the first 6 months. The new service was started October 29, 2016 so there should have been a minor adjustment for the three days at the new rate. There was never a skipped month paying because I use automatic debit. Never once was my bill $$136.72. I repeatedly called and asked what was going on and for statements and letters explaining these overcharges and asking why they weren't honouring their mailed flyer offer. I spoke to level one representatives and supervisors. Everyone assured they would follow up my requests for the information. They didn't. The final blow came after getting my August bill yesterday. I talked to three representatives. The initial intake, loyalty department and billing. Finally in billing I was told I didn't have UNLIMITED 60 after all. I had 60 but not unlimited. That was changed January 4, 2017 without my knowledge and consent. The last person I spoke with, like all the representatives, was very courteous and patient. She's made promises too. I have cancelled all three of my services and will never sign on with them again. I will use the old dialup if that is my only other option. I have notes of all conversations with the representatives and the promises they made. One even told me there would be a cheque in the mail arriving in four to six weeks. That was January 4, 2017. The way I was treated throughout by this company was absolutely disgusting. Yesterday the one representative wanted to run by some offers to try and have me keep my service. I laughed because this whole nightmare started with an unsolicited offer.

Your billing department is unbelievably horrible,I can’t find the words to describe how much i am upset.Since last August and on every month I receive a bill with 30~40% more than what I have to pay, i call your customer service, they say”sorry this was a mistake “ they fix it, and the very next month same issue again, then i had to call again, wasting my time waiting over the phone and trying to explain the situation then waiting for the revised bill then pay, then again, next month same problem..What is it? What on earth is wrong with your stupid system, is there’s anyway you can stop this!I’m sick of it..

Worked there for a couple years , new management came in , Matt clewely is a private investigator . He discriminates against employees he does not like , major micromanager . Tracks your every movement God forbid you go two minutes over your break . Randomly shows up at your job sites and did not even understand how to reprogram a tivo box at one of My calls. If you want a career path for about 3 months feel free to join up he is sure to ruin the experience. Their fiber isn't fiber to the house mnsi provides for 55 dollars , cogeco is 136 this month you do the math . It makes the hairs on my arm stand up the way clewelys spiked hair has since he was in grade 4, call music, cancell clewly , you cancelled Kevin spacey for less !

108 dollars a month for this type of connection. They will send technicians to your house and they wont even care about the job their are assigned. They will just tell you everything is fine so they don't have to check or change anything. I have had this issue for over a month now. I can't hold a stable connection to save my life.Do not sign up with Cogeco in Windsor. They waste your time and money. Worst experience I have ever had with a provider.

Nothing good to say. Waste of time and money. 3 service calls and 7 calls to tech support 2 years ago my issues still haven't been solved. Just waiting for bell fibres in my area and I'm done with cogecos B.S.

Cogeco has been the worst experience of provider I have dealt with I was trying to switch from bell to cogeco they came out pretty quick said my line from outside needed to be fixed it was cut somewhere that it would take ten business days that was on the 24 of June by July 15 I still had not had anyone out to fix it .... tossed back and fourth between customer service and tech support hour pone calls at a time with always a date at the end never anyone to show always a new excuse always say someone came out but still I do t have the line I don’t have the install done this company does not value its customers. My neighbours suggested them they live four doors down they had to have there line fixed as well took four days lmfao so just know if your trying to switch and live in town houses good luck getting any customer appreciation or anything from them they do not care they don’t even understand there own procedures !!!!
