Irriglobe Irrigation

I signed contract and since they couldn’t provide the service within a month I canceled accordingly with Quebec laws. Sent them cancelation form. After few months I received a bill for more than 2000$. They charge me because they prepared equipment. There are pipes, valves and sprinklers. They never seen my land, they can’t cut anything until installation.Update: Don’t sign any contract with them. It says they might charge you if you change your mind. Doesn’t say how much. Now mr Simon Bedard sues me for some imaginary losses his company had. More 2000$ This guy never saw my land, never checked city water pressure but he says he lost money. He never installed any system. His contract is more like a quote. I will contest and ask money for my lost time.

Technicians are nice folks but I don’t understand how a business can work by billing you 6 months later and it always end up being more than anticipated…First time I got bill 3h instead of 1.Second time I see a fee of 95$ for “Raccord divers”. Thanks but i was there and didn’t see 90$ of material being used.I was lazy to find another company but it won’t happen again.

Super service de l’équipe de Irriglobe ce matin. Les techniciens sont hyper compétents et professionnels. En une temps record ils ont changé mon panel en une neuf avec système d’arrosage wi-fi, mes zones non fonctionnelles sont tous opérationnelles et les gicleurs endommagé sont remplacés. Bref A1 du début à la fin, fortement recommandé!

Ils soccupent de mes entretiens annuels et jaime beaucoup la simplicité du système informatique pour céduler mes rendez vous douverture et fermeture, par courriel cest efficace et simple et surtout jai pas besoin de me soucier de les appeler moi-même, ils me contactent automatiquement pour chaques services selon le contrat dentretien annuel. Je recois mes factures un peu tard mais apart ca je paye en ligne quand ca arrive et cest réglé!

Worst compagny ever

Mon expérience avec Irriglobe a été un peu compliqué mais Simon a pris le temps de régler mes problèmes de façon professionnel.
