I've been going to Kinahealth for a while and ever since day one the service has been impeccable. When you arrive you are greeted by the friendly front desk staff, seriously they are amazing!! I remember meeting Anik and I was 9 weeks post partum and going in for pelvic floor physiotherapy. I was so overwhelmed and nervous and didn't know what to expect but Anik took the time to listen to all my concerns, and she explained to me the treatments. With her knowledge and experience I felt safe. Kinahealth Physiotherapy is a lovely local business and I highly and proudly recommend it.

I had my first massage from Cassandra this evening and I cannot stop raving about the experience.I have suffered with chronic pain for approximately 3 years. Cassandra was welcoming, warm, and genuine. She promptly started the service because she reviewed my health questionnaire before I arrived. Cassandra tailored my massage to my specific needs. The way she approached the massage made me feel confident in her abilities and she is evidently extremely knowledgeable in anatomy/where to pinpoint for my muscles to release. I immediately booked my next session and already can’t wait.Thank you Cassandra, for your service and interest in my well-being. I wish I had found you sooner in my chronic pain journey!Also, kudos to the KinaHealth team for direct insurance billing (a huge bonus), clean environment, and your investment in your clients health.

Beautiful, professional clinic with a great atmosphere. Private Rooms. 1 on 1 Treatment.Visited the clinic as I recently started back up to gym and was looking for massage therapy. The clinic was highly recommended to me by my Fiancée who had received treatment and massage therapy during her pregnancy.My first visit was with Jonathan for massage. He was professional and very knowledgeable about strength training and fitness – the massage and the experience were top notch. He shared his knowledge of training, physical health, and fitness. Definitely much more than I expected! Highly recommended!My second visit was to address issues that were causing me discomfort that I discovered from starting Yoga and training. I booked an appointment with the owner of the clinic, Anik, who was recommend to me by my Fiancée as well. Since I was already familiar with the clinic, and had a great experience on my first visit, I booked treatment with her. The online booking was easy and simple.I was blown away by the level of care and attention to understand my individual needs that Anik provided. She took the time to assess and determine what was causing my discomfort. She explained to me the root cause of the issue and started treatment right away. I was shown exercises and provided with guidance on how I could reduce my discomfort by making some changes and doing some stretches/exercises at home. She explained clearly what was causing the issue. Best part? I felt a noticeable improvement the very next day. Extremely satisfied with the treatment!On my third visit, I went back to see Anik to follow up and have her work on another issue that had been nagging me for quite some time. The experience was consistent with my first 2 visits to the clinic – great atmosphere and welcoming staff. Anik was able to identify, provide a clear explanation of the root cause and began treatment right away. This time we worked in the clinic gym/exercise room – it was clean, private, and all the equipment looked to be in great condition/well kept. Anik provided 1 on 1, private treatment and demonstrated exercises and movements to help me.Couple of notes about my experience -The clinic is at the back of the building downstairs, when you park there are stairs and a ramp on the right-hand side that will bring you down. See the picture attached.The online booking service was great, and I received email and text reminders which were very convenient and made it easy to remember my appointment time.All rooms were private rooms which really enhanced the personalized experience – even the gym/exercise room had a door which made it much more comfortable for me.The location and site are convenient – not having to park in a mall parking lot or find parking downtown was a bonus. Easy in and out and the lot was well taken care of – snow was clear and lots of salt on the stairs and walkway.All the staff were friendly and personable during my visits – very warm and inviting atmosphere.

Briana and Taylor are amazing! The facility is so well maintained, love how clean everything is and how professional the team is. Briana has helped me understand how to breath through my pelvic floor and has helped me understand how to breath through labour! I cannot wait to utilize her advice/skills!Taylor did an amazing job by helping me destress during my pregnancy message, I haven’t felt this relaxed in a while! She knew exactly what to do and focused on my tension areas!I would definitely recommend this facility, especially if you are expecting, they have all the right skills and practices to help you feel your best!

I first started working with Anik back when I was pregnant with my son before she started her own practice! The experience with her then was so amazing , that 3 years later, when my pain starting acting up again, I only wanted Anik! I found out she had started her own practice, and was so excited to have found her and reconnect! Her vision and service is impeccable. I feel comfortable and confident when I am at Kinahealth Rockland. Jonathan is also unbelievable massage therapist!! I HIGHLY recommend over and over again! The team is fantastic!!

Honestly, Anik give me my quality of life back. I cannot recommend the clinic enough. Even if I moved all the way across Ottawa, I’d make the trek out to see Anik - that’s how worth it she is.

If there were more stars to put on the rating I would. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience I have had at Kinahealth Rockland. I was visiting from Australia and had severe neck pain. Kinahealth made an emergency booking and I saw initially saw Tanya for massage. The massage was incredible. Tanya is an absolute champion healer! I was loosened up and could get on with my holiday. I returned to a scheduled appointment with Physio Anik who was fantastic. She dry needled all the right spots and I walked out completely pain free with far more range of motion in my neck. I wish I could take these two back to Australia. Legends!! Thank you.

Very special place. Very special people.Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. She continuously studies the science involved. She cares a lot. She takes as much joy from your success as you do. And in my case that was a whole lot of joy. (Jennifer is also a very interesting person to have a conversation with.)In my opinion, the biggest thing in life is to be able to keep doing the things you love, and Jennifer gave that back to me. Fluid movement and no pain. She knows what she's doing.One-on-one treatment in a nice private room. A soothing setting that screams quiet good taste in a lovely house. Absolutely immaculate. Constantly cleaned. Maximum Covid safeguards. Nice patio chairs to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Convenient parking on site. Personalized programs explained and demonstrated, then immediately emailed to your home computer or phone with full text instructions and video. Super staff, accommodating, friendly and professional. Great service all around. Had many visits and experience at the clinic between massage and physio. Always professional and friendly. Very clean. Jenn is very knowledgeable and helpful to get me back to doing my activities. The workouts and stretches helped accelerate the healing and help strengthen. Jonathan is an amazing massage therapist and was able to help reduce pain. Definitely recommend.

I've been seeing Anik for chronic pain in my pelvic, shoulder, leg and chest area . She is very knowledgeable, attentive, asks many questions and simply a joy to deal with. Her clinic is beautiful with private rooms. Her staff is amazing, polite and curtious. I highly recommend her.
