Bought a product here. The product fell apart in 1 week. Tried to bring the product back. They said no you’ll have to deal with warranty and could possibly takes weeks. Never shopping here again. Do better

Soucie Salo,, another Big safety store good-for-nothing. Bought a pair of internal Met guard boots For work which were overlly priced,, Only lasted me 6 months and some days. The inner sole of the boots started to wear out and hurting my heels real bad, So I went there with my receipt, Lady don't even want to look at my shoes and said they don't cover the comfort warranty. 1st it wasn't for the comfort and 2nd The inner soul was totally damaged and there is actual holes in the boots. When I purchased them they said warranty is for one year and since I showed her the receipt she said it's only 6 months now. I never had any Safety boots that has lasted me only 6 months and 20 days. Not the greatest experience,, had to wait a long time in the queue just to be pushed under the rug and no reasonable standing behind there product.

Never had an issue coming here previous years for my safety boots until today. Customer service was nonexistent unless you were at the cash. (Posted this review 2 months prior to my spouse's visit.)My spouse went here as well for a pair of boots (Mar. 11, 22), and had the same customer service experience that I did during my visit and he was just as irritated as I was.

For PPE they have a very good selection for anyone in the industrial industryFrom coveralls, coats, steel toes and respirators and glovesPrices are not the best, but far from the worstThey usually have what you're looking for
