I remember when I get hired in this company, there was one week training to see how you fit for the work. The supervisor didn’t let me know that it was the training. I can’t forget my horrible experience here because they didn’t treat me well. I never seen an employer who like this who don’t care the employees needs. First of all, it’s my first time in this line of work and was expecting that this company was really good caring the employees needs and I was hoping that I will grow and love this work but it didn’t go as I was expected. The supervisor was very rude and no manners. He’s haughty and bossy. I have no idea if he’s still here. Shame on him. Well this job is tough and find it difficult and not organized for some reasons. For those who read my review, think well before applying here. I don’t recommend this. Thanks.

Very bad management I wish to give zero star

cannot reach anyone for over two months regarding our account so Ill write a review and perhaps they will finally contact me Never ever again would I use them

Can one give zero stars? Prior to 2018, I'd say their service was close to top notch. Since they have been bought out (by a US company named Access Information Management), I wouldn't wish their poor services on my worst enemy. Its impossible to get through to these people now.Unfortunately this is how things go nowadays. Family business sells out, and the clients have to deal with it.

Dropped off shredding here once before, and they were excellent. So I typed up their name in google maps, and was given the 3223 10th St SE. location. (The location I went to before). I arrived to find them closed. So I called the number, and asked for the correct address of their new drop-off location. And was told to go to the 7505 48th St. SE location, (which is the one that shows up as their address on google search). So I then went there, to find that is also not the location for drop-off. Perhaps a head office, but it’s the address listed for Calgary Archives Shredding services in google. The person at this location said we were probably given that 7505 location by someone in Toronto...even though it was a 403 number. And that the only location for drop-off is the 2316 Portland St. Location, and that information is only on their actual website. But google maps, Yelp, and google all have the other addresses listed for drop off. Wasted an afternoon driving around for nothing. Because none of their addresses are properly advertised online, the people answering the phone had no clue, and gave the the wrong info. Super frustrating. Was super happy with them before, but they need to update their info online!

I highly recommend them! They have helped many of my friends and clients with shredding and storage in Calgary. Top Notch service!
