Rescheduled 5 times before the first visit and never showed up.

I had called in for the winter mess. John let me know when he'd be arriving so I can put my dog inside. He was on time, professional, and did such a great job. Definitely going with a weekly service.

I had an emergency request to clean my yard from dog poop, and they were accommodating. John was great! He was very nice and did an excellent job! Will def to business again with them

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system.**Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

Poop911 is an awesome Service, John did a great job. I have two dogs and needed cleaning from the winter mess. He did a great job and I continue to use his service weekly. Great prices as well. Definitely recommend.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
