BE Pawtique

It’s my first time at BE Pawtique. I really love it. Reasonable price and my dog looks dashing after grooming. Can’t wait for our next grooming!

Great customer service very friendly polite. Took both my Pomeranian’s here to get their hair cuts and they look amazing! So perfect my one Pom was missing chunks of hair but he looks great now!

We would like to thank BE Pawtique for treating our dog Frankie like one of their own when we brought him in for a haircut. The shop was so clean, and Joyce and Tony were very welcoming, so much so that Frankie did not want to leave. We were very pleased with his haircut and the amount of care that was taken. Joyce and Tony are so kind and patient. They are absolutely phenomenal with the dogs and go out of their way to make them as comfortable as possible. Both our dogs are rescues from South Africa and they have learned to trust Joyce and Tony completely. Thank you so much BE Pawtique - may your business go from strength to strength.

If only i could give this place less than 1 star, i definitely would. They butchered my dogs perfect haircut. Highly irresponsible people, i gave them very clear instructions, i only sent him in for a bath and they cut all his face hair off. He had a photoshoot and looked like a teddy bear before dropping off and to my surprise when i picked him up, they made him look like a rat by shaving off his chin hair. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They clearly cannot follow very clear instructions.Update:I think you didn’t understand when i said DO NOT TOUCH HIS HAIR ON THE FACE!!! I explicitly asked you to just give him a bath and blow dry him and make him look fluffy.Where is the picture after bathing him and drying him before butchering his chin? Do you not see in the before picture that he has hair around the chin and in the after picture you have cut his chin hair extremely short?Rather than accepting your fault, don’t blame it on the miscommunication because I literally asked you 10 times not to touch his hair, be it with clippers or scissors. Your groomer didn’t need to use clippers, they can very well butcher it just with scissors.Also, for your reference, look at the picture of how he looks after being bathed and dried and then look again at the butchering job you did!

If you care about your dog and want to give them the highest quality of grooming then BRING THEM HERE !! I brought my 1 year old dog here for the first time and I was blown away from the beginning when I dropped him off. Awesome customer service , Clean facility and Amazing job done on my dog grooming ! They may charge more than other places but it is definitely worth it ! I will recommend this to all my friends with dogs and will 100% bring my dog back here again!

We took Lily here for her 4 year old birthday and let me say it was a wonderful experience. Lily got an entire spa treatment, teeth cleaning , plus a nice video and photo shoot . Five star service deserves a 5 star review.

Wow! Where do I even begin? I stumbled across this place a few times online and finally decided to go for a groom (after seeing a video of a friend's husky getting his nails trimmed).I'm not even exaggerating but this is truly one of the best place I've ever gone to (I've been to two previously in New West)! They are so kind and caring. I was a bit worried about my pups because one is afraid of nail trims and the other is afraid of the blow dryer. They kept this in mind and updated me throughout the process with pics and videos! It was greatly appreciated and kept me at ease. Somehow my pups overcame their fear??? Honestly don't know how they do it but they were calm! It was amazing to see.Thank you so much, Winnie and Joyce! We will definitely be back! :)- Amy, Kota, and Ollie

Great first experience at this new pet groomer in New Westminster. We are always hesitant to bring our shiba to groomers as she can be quite vocal when getting her nails trimmed, but BE Pawtique was very competent and handled her with obvious experience. We also had our shiba's teeth brushed and were satisfied with the results. We will definitely be making BE Pawtique our go-to for grooming services in the future.
