Made a 90 minute drive to pick up products that we agreed via chat that he would have only to find out they have no stock.Disappointed.

Poor communication (i.e. virtually none), driveway was misquoted resulting in a much higher invoice than expected once work was done (original quote was based on drawings and they misunderstood them, only quoting half the driveway, and their error wasn't caught on their end until after job completion despite physical measurements taken on-site before job started). Forms were not cleaned up to the tune of at least 6 inches of excess concrete in a couple of different spots that we have to pay to get fixed. A service line was cut during the excavation (which in and of itself is not the end of the world, things happen) and rather than let us know they split from the property and said nothing - we have security cameras and watched them cut it, acknowledge it, pack their things and run. The work is structurally good and looks nice aside from the concrete spilling out at the bottom of the forms that they took no effort to remove. A couple of the guys at the house were great but overall it was a mess of an experience and considering the price of the job I expected more professionalism. I wouldn't recommend using them to anyone else but overall the work wasn't bad enough that I would need to get anything repaired or redone - so, that's something.
