Straight up best customer experience I’ve had in my life from the first day I walked in the store was the dopest experience.

Went in for the second time and the one guy working there was a absolute nightmare the girl working there was very nice and helpful compared to the guy. The second I walked in he was instantly rude and wouldn’t leave me alone the whole time I was in the store he kept touching my shoulder and saying mean things that didn’t even relate to shoes or even the store. He also was saying stuff to the people that drove over an hour with me to come to the store as well. I feel like he doesn’t deserve to work at this store and should be fired. He also went out of the way to find my Mothers phone number that was given to him for the receipt and started to harass her for absolutely no reason. I’m never shopping there again until the guy is fired and I don’t recommend coming to this location. I’ll definitely go to other locations though. The girl working there was so kind and respectful as well as helpful.

Stop in looking for some shoes we couldn't find at the mall and left with a fair cooler pair then we were looking for. Owner and staff were beyond helpful. Made sure we got what we wanted and was knowledgeable on his products!

I’m having a nightmare trying to get a refund, I ordered an Essentials track suit for my sister on September 27th for $621.50. The only reason we went to Kish is because we were told it would come in one week versus the the actual websites month wait. At the time of purchase it was processed on the N4E1 pos system iPad. As it was my sisters gift, I let her do the follow up. The track suit never came and it was never ordered. Unfortunately this was on my debit card and not my credit so I can’t dispute unfulfilled services through them.I went back on November 5th with a friend and was told by the employee working said that the transaction wasn’t processed or ordered through them so I would have to wait for the owner Kish to refund me. I asked them to text him my email so he could e-transfer me, the message was sent but I never received an e-transfer. I went back on November 18th and was told Kish would be gone for 2 weeks in Windsor working on his other store.This business owner clearly does not care about this situation, the employee at the store has made him aware multiple times I want my money back. Im failing to understand why the employees can’t refund me on the same iPad. I told them I would be back December 2nd a whole 2 months later.I went on the 2nd he wasn’t there. I returned on the 3rd at noon. Kish was there, told me he could e-transfer me or I could come back at 3pm for cash. I said I wanted the e-transfer, he took my email and even rewrote it to make sure it was right. I waited until the end of the business day and received nothing. I returned today December 4th at 4:15pm, the the employee called him, I sent my email via text again today. I’ve now waited until the end of the business day again, Nothing.I’ve been holding off on this review as I was hoping this would be settled. I am very frustrated by this situation and do not feel I am being taken seriously.

Great store, kept clean at all times. Genuine people, they take care of you the moment you walk in the store. I always feel welcomed. They ship worldwide also which is something I really like. The design of the store is amazing and they a variety of clothes, shoes and accessories, anything you need. 10/10 would recommend.

This was an unexpected find! Walking downtown I saw a store that sells shoes. To my surprise it was all high end Nike shoes, she used but mostly new. A store for a real 'sneaker head'.From Travis Scott, Air Jordans, Supreme, the list goes on.Staff were super friendly and walked me through all kinds of different products and explained the differences.Such an inviting environment and staff!#localguides
