Car wash is a scam- service that one pays for is not provided, half the jets not working, for half of the winter the car wash is only operational during day time. Most frustrating is the cashier never acknowledging problems and but always arguing.

Oh man. I thought of sharing my bad experience with this gas station and the car wash and I see I am not the only one. The car wash is completely rotten. And the two ladies at the counter are even worse especially the older one. She looks at you as if asking why are you even here. I wish someone goes through the reviews and give her some customer service lessons. Horrible attitude.

To the owner:Your attendant did not let me fuel up. He said you can't. Please ask him why. He was also refusing other people to not fuel up from your pump.

We’re tourists and badly needed a bathroom on our way to the airport. We were told the facilities were out of order. We persisted and were let in but not without an unpleasant look from the attendant. Terrible service.

This location doesn’t deserve a star. The older woman that here is rude and has no respect for customers. She cursed me in her language after dealing with me in a rushed manner. Mind you there was no line up. She made 3 mistakes I called her out on them and she gave attitude.There is a hearing problem and she doesn’t ask questions for clarification and she doesn’t apologize. She obviously is sad that why she’s ugly maybe taking a vacation or attending the temple will do her some good.Costco will get my money.

Literal trash! The customer service lady at the front was soo rude! There’s NO instructions for the car wash! First of all just trying to align your wheel on their track is so difficult( it’s so high you can’t really see to align your wheel) on the belt is soo difficult- there’s no guide or instructions UNTIL your actually on the belt! You scan your ticket once you’re already on the belt and basically in the carwash which is very confusing. I’ll never go back - not even for gas I’ll go somewhere else.
