Every time I come here there's employees standing around doing nothing while people wait in line. 7 people in the store today and 5 minutes just to get an order taken. You need to teach employees that serving customers is more important than restocking shelves and emptying garbages

Tim Hortons is usually consistent but the staff make all the difference. If they are not happy the store has a management problem and the experience will not be enjoyable. This was the case here.

I'm so sick and tired of these people that take your order then half way into you telling them your order, they turn to their coworkers and talk to them in their native tongue. Then turn back to you and re ask you for your order. Just to get it wrong. How hard is it to do customer service and take the entire order before saying whatever you have to say to your coworker. Idc if your giving them the order. Just don't ask me to keep repeating myself and then get it wrong in the end. What a waste of time. If it was not for my wife and the only coffee joint open in the morning, ide never ever go back to that place.

The man bathroom was very dirty....the urinal was full to the rim and the toilet very durty. Had a very stong smell of urine.

This is the worst Tim Horton I have ever been at, and I have been to LOTS!!! After waiting at the speaker to have order taken moved up to the window. 3 workers just starred at me. Basically threw my coffee out the window at me, then passed the debit machine out. Never said 1 word. Will not be back. McDonald’s has better coffee anyway!

Definitely not open 24 hours ref the signs in the window. One said drive through open but we waited 10min at the speaker then banged on the window, no one home. Not very convenient when you're driving 2000km. I'm sure the food and everything is just like every other Tims.

The worst service EVER!!!!! The customer service representative was always cutting me off, not listening to me. Not only that, there was a lineup out the door and only one cashier. The other cash was not in operation while 10 people are working the drive thru. Get your *#*# together. I will never go to Tim Horton's again. You have lost 2 customers and I will never drive anyone to your restaurant. I'm ashamed that it was a Canadian that started this franchise and run by persons that don't care.
