Amazing homes and design services! Highly recommend.

Wonderfully responsive, beautiful designs and handywork. We first hired Black Tree a few years ago to build our library, and immediately thought of them again when we wanted to re-do our outdoor space. They gutted our above-ground pond and used the foundation to construct a deck with pergola. It saved us money to reuse what we had and turned out beautifully. They rolled with our changes, thoroughly researched structual questions we had, came up with thoughtful design touches we hadn't even imagined, and followed up with us even months later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

As a local Realtor in the Cowichan Valley I have the pleasure of looking at new and pre owned homes everyday for a living. Having Black Tree Developments as a client was a treat to say the least.
