What an awful customer service, cashier grabbed wireless charger when I asked for a power bank I was in rush didn’t notice and bought it, now later this week she says I can’t return it, as it’s my fault that I didn’t notice it, and she can only returned it if it is not working, I ask to connect with manager and she never did. She Usually works evenings and due to this awful experience I am never coming back for gas in evenings. Should hire well trained staff, better customer service skills.

Nice location if you want to pour gas on your way off the peninsula on the 102, though maybe not as easy to access on the way in. In any case, I've never had any issues here except for that the traffic in that area can get insane around rush hour so be careful

Been here quite few times and experience has been good but today the white cashier lady was rude. She lacks customer service skills, if she has problem talking with people why she even working as cashier.

Definitely not 24/hr. Pulled up at 9:27pm; all the lights were on but nobody home. Waited for someone to confirm the pump for 5 min but nobody to be seen.

Very bad service. I was very low on fuel and it was night time i wait atleast 10 min in front of door but no one care whats going on . The employee was busy in there phone . I was not the only one there was two more people who was looking at door but after few minutes they gone. Such a bad experience

Let me start off by saying that I have never once written a negative review for customer service for any store or company. I am a very easy-going person, and approach everyone and everything with a smile and an open heart.At this store I have been treated very, very poorly by a woman named Dale who works there during the weekdays. I received a gas card when I made a purchase sometime last year, and through the process of moving unfortunately lost it. I phoned the company from whom I received it and was able to get the number and security pass on it in order to continue to use it (manually- can be typed into the system when I make purchases). Anywho, I have used this card number dozens of times at petro canadas across the maritimes, and never once encountered a problem until I encountered this woman, who treated me as if I were a criminal. She had me call the petro canada customer service and wait on the line for upwards of 40 minutes until I finally received confirmation that I could use the card. No fuss, used it and left.Came back about a month later to pay for some more gas and encoutered he same woman, who, upon learning who I was, became sure" that I was unable to use the card number without the card once again

While getting in and out of this gas station could be easier, i have NO complaint at all about how well it is run: professional to a T. Quite often open late at night, and has a good location and high-quality staff. Can't complain!!

This place is a joke...7am can't go in an buy anything..it's a pandemic I don't want someone handing an item I want to buy, there is never a cashier so you're standing around waiting in snow or rain for ages, and you have to pay at the pump before 7 EVEN with a person inside? So I cant use my points to pay for my gas.

I love standing in the rain, getting soaked at 7am because they don't open the doors anymore... and the cashier is nowhere to found... when he does show up they can't even get me a water bottle....
