Not professional, the lady who did my waxing just kept mentioning that all appointments have fixed time and questioning if the services were book via appointment which I had done. After waxing my hands have bruses all over. Not at all happy with the service.

I am very disappointed by their hairstylist Shakiba! She made an appointment with me and I had proof on whatsapp of our chat. It was a very important appointment and she never showed up. I kept calling her and she never picked up my calls. Not even a single message of sorry. I was so stressed but Firoza helped me do my hair which was not even her job. That is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars because she helped me and did a decent job or else very unprofessional attitude by shikeba.

Best Salon in South shore ! I mostly go here for eyebrows, but today thought to give a try for haircut. Like always, they never fail to impress me. I am super happy. Thanks Shikebaa for the haircut !

Shikeeba did an amazing job for my hair and makeup for a wedding party and she did it on her day off too. She is brilliant and I would recommend her to everyone. Thankyou very much for making me and my friend look gorgeous.

Service here is great, and the prices are affordable. I usually go to Sonu for any service, she is friendly and very efficient. The place is very well maintained.

I wish I could give no stars to this place. The worst customer experience. I had an appointment for haircut and threading at 2.15PM, I was a there at 2.18PM the lady there said I was late and had to wait long for my turn. So, we took an appointment again there on spot for 4.15PM. This time I made sure to be early and reached at 4PM. Even after appointment she made us wait for close to 40mins and then when my turn came for haircut it was 15mins to closing. THIS LADY WITH ATTITUDE said I have time do a haircut, no hair wash and blow dry. OR hair wash, hair cut and no blow dry. WOW!!!We drove twice today to this stupid place, waited so long to hear this. If she was in a hurry to close why take an appointment in the first place wasting our time.Very disappointed!
