I have used carpet cleaning companies in the past so I have an idea of what to expect. This was my first time using this company and it will definitely be my last. After my scheduled appointment for them to come for 11am with a no show I called at 12 to ask if they were still coming. I was told 30 minutes. As I waited for two hours, still no carpet cleaning… I called again at 2pm and I was told they were arriving shortly. This already left a bad impression but I decided to base it off the actual carpet clean. Once they arrived the man began to explain the process and showed the product he would be using. He proceeded to set up his equipment and began asking questions about if I live here alone and if I could leave a good review and post about the company on social media. I thought this was odd as I am a young women living with roommates. After about an hour of his cleaning he came to me and asked for payment. During my original communication with this company I was quoted $125 but when I asked him how much it was specifically wondering about tax he said $250. I felt uncomfortable so I paid it and they were on their way. After walking down my stairs and completely wiping out, I realized that my stairs were completed soaked with water. It has now been over 8 hours and they are still sopping wet. This has now ruined my stairs and will probably create mold. This has been a complete waste of time, money and now I will probably have to get my stairs ripped out.

Very professional. The two gentlemen that came were very friendly and thorough and made sure I was happy with the results so far. Which I was. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end results. He called me in the evening to make sure all went well which I truly appreciated. Very good service. Bhai Rajwinderjeet Singh is a very jolly humble and cooperative. Complete carpet , sofa, rug and stairs cleaning three bedroom and living area alonghwith basement. All look like brand new we are very happy and highly recommend.
