I always got great service but tonight service was delayed and we had a rude person take our call. We simply called to follow up on our order which is usually fast, only to be told we shouldnt expect fast service from them and if were not happy we can come pick it up next time. This was unprofessional, lack of etiquette, and not the response to give to long time clients. I hope their manager reviews this and makes adjustment how to speak to clients on the phone.

By far the best of the chicken places. Fast service. Love the drive through. Food is always fresh and hot. Best deal is the duo. This is our go to" place for fast food that is much better than regular fast food."

The service we got from this place when we ordered was terrible. We made an expensive order for a birthday of a good friend of mine. We expected good service, and a wonderful dinner with family and friends. And make good memories, as well as enjoying the good food, of course.What we got was completely different. When we ordered, they mixed it up. Which happens. When we called to tell them know of the mix up, they demanded proof and ordered we bring the chicken back. They accused us of stealing. We brought back several boxes in order to get this resolved.At the end of it all, we explained to several employee's what was happening. There response was, we dont care

Its an amazing example for how chicken meat can be made so tasteless. One step lower is plastic. The chickens died for nothing. The french fries make you feel like you are chewing on paper straws.
