I had a dripping bathtub tap that needed repair. Alex was very quick to respond to my email and came out to look at the tap. A replacement part was ordered and installed. He was very professional and friendly and I’d use his services again in the future.

I have used this company twice at 2 different address. Alex is extremely professional. He takes pride in the work he does and takes the time to explain the process and work needed. He is very responsive when you contact him. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. There are many options out there but in my opinion he is one the best, I have been satisfied with all aspect of his work.

Alex arrived at the agreed time for an emergency drain cleaning at my home. He was organised and had all of the up-to-date equipment (augers/snake camera) needed. I found Alex to be very friendly, polite, and professional, and I would definitely recommend him.

Alex repaired a water main shut-off valve, toilet valve and kitchen valve, and installed 3 toilets including raising the flanges after new ceramic floors were installed. I found Alex through Yelp by chance as I knew no plumber around here. Unlike other plumbers who say to come right away but in reality they don’t,Alex came to check our situation within a few hours and gave us his quote, He replaced our faucet and toilet first. It took him much longer and was more complicated than expected, but his quote never changed. Since then, he replaced three other toilets, four other faucets, and winterized our yard pipe. He also polished all the old sinks (which he did for us for free!), and with newly replaced faucets all of our vanities look brand new. He is a real professional who is always punctual, responsible, honest and thoughtful about our situation and schedule. I not only highly recommend him but also will keep asking him to do any plumbing work around my two houses. I finally decided to write a review hoping this will be of use for someone like me who needed to find a reliable plumber based on others’ reviews.

We had a leaking main water shut off valve that needed to be replaced. Alex answered all our questions, gave us a quote right away based on the photos we provided, described the whole process, came in quickly, brought all parts required, done a quality work, left it all clean behind, and then answered patiently and in detail more questions that we had. Invoicing and payment process was painless. In summary: timely, professional, reasonably priced quality work.

Main shut-off valve in the house started to leak and called Alex who was very helpful and walked us through the whole process. He was very honest with the quote from start to finish , and couldn't be happier.Very punctual, get value compared to all the other plumbers and most importantly very knowledgable especially when our older pipes needed a special part he drove to the supply shop to get the right part for the job , no extra cost. Furthermore, he informed us about the options we have for the future to prevent problems as our house is getting older . I will absolutely recommend this company to any one!

I highly recommend Alex! He installed a new water line and drain for a washer machine and supplied and installed a new water heater. Very transparent with everything clearly explained. Alex is very professional, skilled and knowledgeable and left his work area spotless.
