Probably the worst company to deal with as a management company. Thankfully, my building is no longer managed by this incompetent Property Management. Its just awful. Where do they find these people. Hey, how about hiring someone that knows what they are doing. Thank goodness you are no longer with my building. Here is hoping the new company can take care of its tenants properly. If you are a rental building owner, stay away from this company. Its just terrible.

Absolutely the worst property management company, don’t even apply! All myself and husband did was apply, got accepted, found something better and never signed a lease or any legally binding contracts. Since then we have been harassed to pay rent and now a bill has been sent to collections - again we never moved in signed a lease or any legally binding contracts, received keys, etc.Terrible!

Some of the worst property managers you will every be cursed with having to know. Ones that will charge you as much as they can, while giving you as little as possible, that cut every available corner. This in turn can give you issues moving in, moving out, and even just trying to live comfortably in your apartment. Like heat or hot water? Those work 80% of the time, but be prepared to go without either occasionally, even if you pay your bills.

*Edited*I had to update my review based on consistent positive change. There are some wonderful property managers who really care about the building and safety of their tenants. There are also staff of buildings that go above and beyond to keep buildings clean, safe, and running smooth.The positive changes I’ve seen are consistent with an updated review to reflect that

Worst company!! My story is long but I won’t get into details. If there’s ever like an emergency situation don’t count on them for help! Give your notice and ran for the hills! Trust me!! And if you can avoid renting their units even better. Don’t rent there!!!

Nobody returns calls. I filled an application out & provided private, confidential intel & never heard back from them. They are a scam company. I will report them to the police for fraud if they attempt to exort any money from me or use my information.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A UNIT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT, PLEASE READ! Absolute disregard for tenant well being. I have been here two months and I have been filing complaint after complaint for nuisance noise. Constantly led blindly, claiming they have taken steps to resolve the issue".They don't take any real action to resolve issues. Nuisance noise is covered in their lease agreement

My car was hit on their property right in front of a camera. I live here. I pay my rent. I pay for that spot.You'd think they'd check the camera for me right? Nope. I have to drive to a collision reporting center and have the police request the footage.

My experience with DMS in Markham has been absolutely brilliant.The building is always clean, the staff are always friendly and they're constantly making improvements.A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
