I was new to Canada having recently arrived from India, what I find here is amazing! this gym i felt is very economical and at the same time high end with facilities, I just can't compare this to my gym in India where I used to pay double the amount but far less facilities relative to this one, so in a nutshell I found it Simply awesome!

Best gym in Windsor these guys have 2 locations and they’re both amazing! Community support and a belief in their clients/ community that can not be matched! Some of the most rewarding training sessions I’ve had are here and the most welcoming atmosphere I’ve experienced in any gym! You get what you put in!!

Staff are awesome. Selection of equipment is quite varied. Location is convenient if you take a bus or live close to downtown. Havent really had any issues or complaints since I started coming in Oct 2022.

Just came to Windsor. Was met today at the gym by a staff member named Owen, super informative, kind and even stayed late past his shift to make sure I was all set up with a weekly pass. Definitely just made a lifetime customer. Couldn’t recommend the facilities more and I hope the owner rests easy knowing that his staff are doing a wonderful job.

Clean and fresh environment. The staff are always so kind. The fellow patrons are all very positive and helpful. Theres always someone to spot you I find. I imagine I will stick around here for a very long time.Negative points.Music isnt always the hypest. Solved by bringing headphones.News is always on. Not trying to be brainwashed by the media who is always lying or misleading people en masse. Theyre 9/10 of time just talking about terrible events or straight up lying for views

Great gym. Friendly staff that's there to help with what ever it is you need assistance with. Great protein, smoothie bar. Open 24hrs which is a bonus with our hectic schedules. Has many machines, so no waiting or having to share a workout machine. True Fitness gear and the latest nutrition supplements for the bodybuilder in you available.Get fit !!!!!

After working out at larger corporate gyms for years I made the switch to True Fitness and I could not be happier. The staff here are all so friendly and welcoming. It's such a supportive and community minded environment. Great equipment, open 24 hours, and the prices are very affordable. Just an all around great place for anyone to work out!
