Beautiful facility with a great variety of equipment that is kept very clean. It has a decent selection of free weights, few cardio equipment (bikes, treadmills etc..), and a fairly large variety (considering the size of the gym) of accessory items like :med balls, resistance bands, KB, foam rollers, etc..The front desk/owner was very welcoming and we were so happy to work out in such a great atmosphere while visiting.

So I have been training at this gym for a little more than a year now and I can stay with ease that I was their first loyal customer ever since it opened.The gym is an amazing growing environment as it’s private and you get to focus on your results in peace. The trainers are professionals on their field of work and will put their knowledge to great use for you to achieve your goals. This is also the cleanest gym you will find on the south shore with expert équipement. 10/10

I am a new member, when I saw all the equipment they had, bench and squat rack, kettlebells, 100 pounds dumbbells, etc that my small work gym doesn't have, I had to get on board . Jam packed with good clean equipment. They also have group classes like spinning etc. I tried one of the group classes for Yoga so far, was very pleased. The changing room is small but has free showers and is very clean.
