Dr. Xu was very patient with my mother and answered all her questions in great details. The dental procedure was done successfully and the rate was reasonable.My only advise for improvement is for his dental assistants - some seem relatively new on the job and not very efficient.

They're good if you pay them using insurance company or cash but they're very bad when you ask them to treat your children using healthy smile government plan I been using them for a while, now I don't have insurance because of job loss, my daughter needed dental treatment so we had to go through healthy smile Ontario service program and they said they don't really have much time for healthy smile patient, so the reality behind this is that government pay them what they really deserve they can't charge government whatever they want.

Dr. Xu is excellent! and the service in the office is also great. I highly recommend this dental care to my friends!

I've been going to Laurelwood Dental Care since 2012. They are unfailingly welcoming and pleasant, very flexible about appointment times, very kind and, so far as I can tell, their charges seem very reasonable. Last fall, I had a temporary crown that cracked and Dr. Xu went above and beyond, driving back from a continuing education conference in Toronto to do the repair that evening - and then heading back to Toronto. I highly recommend their services.

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to! I had a very large filling fall out (NOT done here) and the receptionist did everything she could to get me in the same day! I'm terrified of going to the dentist due to some traumatic past experiences. Dr. Xu was absolutely lovely and comforted my anxiety. I'm so appreciative of the excellent work done and accommodating my urgency. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and everyone working there. Netflix with headphones to distract from the procedure is just the cherry on top. Thank you so much, Dr. Xu and staff - you really made my experience an easy one!
