seems like another less than honest operation in the construction business. The owner goes around finding people who look not very knowledgeable about construction to give them ultra-high estimates they wouldn't understand - people like the elderly, single wealthy women etc. The minute he suspects he is dealing with someone who understands a bit about construction, he gets apprehensive and runs away with his tail between his legs, knowing he shouldn't even waste time writing up a garbage quote. Keep your antenna up, the construction business is riddled with such scammers that give it a bad name.

I've never written a review before, but had a very poor experience with Earthworks. Save yourself a huge headache and go with a different landscaping company!We used Earthworks to replace patio stones in our backyard. Unfortunately, during the installation their crew left boot print stains and wrote instructions on our stones - which have now left permanent stains. I followed up right after the installation to let them know and they said they would fix it, but never sent anyone to clean or replace the stones. I followed up for four months before we finally gave up because Earthworks stopped responding to me (despite the stones being under warranty with them).Also, they are installing products that they are not educated about maintaining. We used Techo-Bloc stones, which the manufacturer recommends sealing for barbecues areas / wooded areas and our yard is both. After a $12k project, there are tons of stains from the barbecue and organic matter (in addition to their boot prints and writing) only four months later. When I asked why we hadn't been told that sealing was recommended, Earthworks said they don't offer sealing so it wasn't up to them to inform us and not their fault that the stones are stained.Overall, one of the worst customer experiences I've had - they were rude, unresponsive and took no accountability.

This past June I contracted Earthworks Landscaping to remove and replace an old interlock patio as well as add a new patio to another part of the property. Earthworks came out to the house to give me an estimate which fell well within my budget. Once the work was agreed upon they were fast efficient and very professional! I was always in contact with someone from Earthworks while the project was underway, they cleaned up before they left for the day and were respectful of my neighbours property when bringing in any equipment. I especially appreciated that they guaranteed their work. I am very pleased with the job and would happily recommend them to anyone :)

Bert and Company created a true backyard Oasis for my family. Everyone I worked with was awesome, and were always open to discuss changes from 3-D concept to placing of the last stone. Bert was always a phone call away and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I used Earthworks’ services to build a new interlock patio in my backyard and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and with the results. Nolan and team were fantastic to work with, answering all our questions and addressing all of our concerns.The project was completed on time, even with additional enhancements we requested.I would definitely recommend their services and would definitely use them again for any landscaping projects.

I contacted Earthworks Landscaping for an estimate to build a composite bench over my automatic safety pool cover in April 2022. Bert came out to measure and said he knew requirements and scope of the job. I received an estimate for $10,548.82 to build an approximate 18 foot bench!!! I thought for sure it had to be a mistake in the numbers so I contacted Brit who sent me the estimate to ask and never received a response.I went to Home Depot myself to scope out the most expensive composite deck materials available and the cost wasn't even $4,000!!!I have had a few other estimates and they weren't even half of the price of the estimate provided by Earthworks Landscaping.I would not recommend using this company. They obviously did not want my business but didn't have the decency to tell me upfront - they just sent me an outrageous estimate instead.Bert, I am extremely disappointed in your approach to doing business. I would have appreciated you being honest and telling me upfront if the job was 'too small' for your company to take on or you just weren't interested.

Earthworks Landscaping installed our fibreglass pool and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned it. Exceeded our expectations. We weren’t sure if a pool would even fit into our backyard and yet we now have a pool we can swim lengths in. Every employee throughout the process was a pleasure to work with and helped make our pool dream come true. The pool was craned over our house which was quite an amazing experience. From the design, pool installation, patio work and reconfiguring our deck stairs it all worked out seamlessly. Thanks so much to everyone at Earthworks Landscaping, we highly recommend.

Project included installation of new pavers on the sidewalks and patios as well redoing front and rear porches. . Personnel were very professional... timely responses and showed up as scheduled. From start to finish we had nothing but a great experience. We reached out for a quote, they were on time, professional and provided us the quote shortly thereafter. Once quote was confirmed, they (Brit) met us at the wholesaler to show us the available stone options opposed to selecting from a book. This allowed us to see exactly what the end product would look like. Once stones were selected, an estimate start date was provided and they hit their target. When their crew arrived, they were clean, professional, tidy, and communicative. They went above and beyond to make sure our interlock patio and walkway was exactly how we had imagined it. Special shout out to the crew of Brit, Nolan, and Ryan for making this a great experience from start to finish.

Earthworks installed an in-ground Fiberglass pool in 2021 Summer in our backyard. When there was no company agreeing to install pool in our desired timeframe (Son's birthday), Julissa at Earthworks made it happen for us! Both Julissa and Bert are excellent people to work with and are highly recommended. We got a good deal on the pool installation and we continue to use Earthworks for ongoing opening and closing for our fiberglass pool. Thank you Earthworks!
